Casa Vera Sol Vista - stunning sea, beach & village view 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment

The balcony view is exceptional! The pictures accurately reflect the apartment and everything was functional. The apartment is far enough from the busy downtown but yet walkable when you want to go out for dinner. The walk up from town is steep but manageable.Ample self-parking is available in the complex. The apartment is well stocked and gives you the feeling that you are actually staying in someone's home. There were tablecloths, candles, and matches to use to enjoy a dinner on the balcony at night which shows the attention given to apartment. I highly recommend this apartment.

A superb apartment that is fully equipped and stylish.Fantastic balcony, 2 large bedrooms and a huge bathroom plus good sized shower room.Good location for the town bars and restaurants and the beach, although the slog back up the hill cannot, unfortunately be avoided!The owner was fully communicative and calling us to check if we were OK was a lovely touch.Would 100% recommend.

We have just arrived back from a fabulous stay in Sallys apartment. I have to say I was so impressed from start to finish. The communication from Sally was excellent before we left the UK and she even gave us a call when there to check if everything was ok. The apartment is fantastic, the kitchen is better equipped than my own kitchen and the information provided about the resort and local area was fantastic. The pools were great and it was a short walk into the centre with the beach, variety of restaurants and live music. This place is a gem and one of the best places we have stayed in. We loved every minute and will be back.

Wow what an amazing apartment. Fantastic location located at the top of Carvoeiro that gives you a good view of the sea and over looking the towns night life. We spent many nights sitting on the balcony sipping wine and listening to the hustle a bustle below us, strangely relaxing. The apartment is also located next to 2 sets of pools. The cloest one was just outside of the door so ment the children could bomb down there without us worring. The next pool is the biggest in the complex and good for having a splash about. We had a little tour of all the pools and we thought the one closest to the apartment was the nicest and most relaxed!The apartment itself is nice and big. Perfect for a family of 4. It was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and ment that we were more than happy to do some self catering whilst we were there. Beds were comfortable and we had many good night sleeps. Air con was good and kept us cool in 30 plus heat! Monte Dourade was a great great complex to stay in. Well mantaimed and the staff at reception were nice and friendly.Things to consider. Its on top of a steep hill so could be tricky for those less mobile, however quick into town and great views. As you are close to the town center it can be noisy at the back of the apartment however, we closed the shutters and that sorted that out.These are a couple of minor points but overall we had a great stay and would like to say a big thank you to Sally and Andrew.

Apartment perfect. Balcony with sea view one side, pool the other side. Really well equipped kitchen. Well located, easy to stroll down to the beach for a swim. Had a perfect week.

Recently back from a great holiday in this beautiful apartment.The property had everything we needed, and the views were amazing

A definite place to stay, loved it , the view was amazing and Sally was so thoughtful to call us and check in on our stay . Would recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat

The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt bigger than the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and the apartment complex was clean and well maintained. Black out blinds were in each bedroom which was great for kids! The view from the balcony was gorgeous, probably one of the best on the complex I’d guess! Sally was a wonderful host, she provided plenty of information and answered all questions very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The town square and beach were lovely, very clean and felt safe. Plenty of restaurant options, lovely boutiques, small supermarkets in walking distance, we didn’t have a car and you could happily spend a week here without a car. Taxis were readily available. There is a reasonably steep hill to get up from town square to the apartment complex, there are wide steps making it easier to walk up and down but would be a bit harder with a pram for example. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend for a peaceful week away!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Casa Vera Sol Vista! Months in advance, Sally and Paul were just wonderful to communicate with, giving us all the information and tips to be sure we had a fabulous stay. They are so great! The apartment is a dream. The view from the balcony is spectacular and we loved our nightly sunsets. The apartment is exceptionally clean and modernly decorated so tastefully, including everything you need! If you are fortunate enough to stay here, you will have the best holiday ever!

Beautiful unit that was perfect for our stay in the Algarve. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The unit was nicely and thoughtfully furnished to meet all of our needs. While it was just the 2 of us, the layout would give privacy for more guests. Sally was helpful before our arrival and hás compiled a book that contains lots of tips for a great stay. On the coldest January days, it was a bit chilly in the living room, though we did not use the fireplace.

We have stayed at this property twice now, and we have been extremely happy for the 3 weeks we stayed, if you are looking for a place which feels like home, and beautiful sunsets, you have found your place to stay!

Best trip ever! We were 4 adults on a holiday and had an amazing stay. Everything was beautiful especially the view off the balcony overlooking the beach and parts of the town. The large pool was an added bonus. Althoutown was a walk

Having just returned from a stay in Sally’s apartment, I have to say this is one of the best apartments I have stayed in. Ample room for 4 adults, well equipped, beautiful terrace with an amazing view. Short walk into the town with plenty of great restaurants. Small supermarket about 5 mins walk away which stocked everything we needed.

Quick access to the street below via the side gate. AC helped us quick a bit on the hotter days! Spacious apartment since it was just me and my wife, great view of the center of Carvoeiro.

Wonderful apartment with everything we needed for our week’s stay. Fantastic host, Sally, took the time to call us and check we had arrived safely and had everything we needed. Carvoeiro provided plenty of choices of restaurants and bars. Recommend the boardwalk for stunning views and the nearby Boneca restaurant down among the rocks.
