On entrance to the apartment you will see a bright and spacious hallway leading to a open plan Kitchen and Lounge area with a table and chairs, two comfortable sofas and a pellet burner - ideal for those winter lets. The open plan makes this space light and airy and perfect for up to 4 people. There is a TV with a good selection of channels and a Bluetooth speaker for your enjoyment,

There are two spacious bedrooms, the double bedroom has a Super King bed (180x200), fitted wardrobes and looks out onto the South Facing Balcony. There is a TV for streaming. There is a newly renovated bathroom next door to the double bedroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) and fitted wardrobes. Both bedroom are bright and spacious and have air conditioning available.

The lounge opens up on the the South Facing terrace with table and chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a optional canopy for shade if required, the balcony looks over the pool and it´s perfect for relaxation.

The Kitchen is modern and well equipped and we have worked hard to make sure it has everything to create that home from home feel so our guests have everything they need for a self catering holiday.

The pool is a lovely area with loungers provided, there is a separate children's pool.

I have always liked Monte Dourado and I really love this apartment is, the renovations throughout give it a modern but comfortable feel and we hope our guests love it as much as I do. It is close to town (only a 5 minute walk to the middle of restaurant hill) and there is a market just 2 minutes up the road selling fresh fish, meat, vegetables and bread.
