Beautiful Penthouse with sea view and 30 meters from the beach. With Parking

Absolutely perfect place! Highly recommend it. Very clean with everything you need.Great area for everything. We loved the BBQ and fireplace!! Very walkable and central to stores and travelling to other towns. Fully equipped kitchen great private parking. Excellent management, thanks Gabi!

We have been enjoying holidays at Casa Amarela for a number of years and it’s our favourite place.to stay.From the moment you arrive you can relax and enjoy the beautiful apartment with its wrap-around balcony overlooking the sea. There is a large dining table on the balcony, great for breakfast and lunches and there are sun beds for that total relaxation .Ther are great restaurants, shops, a wonderful beach and so much to see in beautiful Carvoeiro.

We would highly recommend this property couldn't find a fault. From check-in (Gaby the manager was extremely helpful) to leaving. In 16yrs of holidaying in Portugal this is one of the best we have stayed in.

Casa Amarela is a perfect place in Carvoeiro & every attention was made to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable . The apartment is spotlessly clean and has stunning location with great views from the balcony , also allowing you to be close to beach and restaurants.We found the parking in the garage very convenient and easy . Good communication with owners and villa managers.We travel regularly and feel the owners have considered every detail that many places often overlook.We would highly recommend the penthouse and hope to return . Apartment indoors was spotless and very well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Outdoor terrace not so clean, we had to clean the sunbeds before using. The entrance hallway from the street was unclean and wasn’t cleaned the 2 weeks we were there. However we would certainly stay again as the location is perfect. We were aware that the garage box is only suitable for a small car, garage is very poorly lit and not ease to manoeuvre, we found it easier to park on the street behind the apartment.

The property was in an amazing location and everything that it advertised was completely lived up to! Local restaurants and bars were great the closeness of many beaches made for great day trips. The owners were great to work with and very helpful

Another wonderful month relaxing in comfort at the lovely Casa Amarela in Carvoeiro. It is just as described if not better with no surprises. The owner Rennie and her management team are second to none. They can be reached with ease and their mission is to make your stay as seamless as possible. We would not hesitate to return.

The lift broke down and we were stuck in there for an hour with my elderly father and two young children. Couldn't use the lift for rest of the trip that made it inconvenient for my elderly father. They have had problems before and they should have warned us. TV wasn't working for most part so not great for kids or father in the downtime. Otherwise everything else

We spent eight nights at Casa Amarela. We celebrated our 50th wedding Anniversary with friends of 45 years. It was a relaxing time with day visits to some of the Algarve’s coastal cities. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable and the views from the wrap around patio were spectacular. Many great restaurants nearby. Fábrica Velha Bakery every day..great communication with Rennie and Gaby.

We have enjoyed holidays at Casa Amarela for a number of years and it remains our favourite holiday destination. From the moment you step into the Pent House you have everything you need for a perfect holiday. There is an excellent rap around balcony with a large dining area and plenty of room for the 4 large sunbets plus a perfect view of the sea. Inside you can enjoy the beautiful lounge and a very well equipped kitchen. Then there are two very comfortable bedrooms each with their own shower. There are shops, cafes and excellent restaurants all within walking distance and a lovely beach, great for everyone to enjoy. We are already booked again for next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful penthouse and made great use of the fantastic terrace where we spent our days relaxing!! We found some lovely restaurants and enjoyed a little exploring of the coastline. The house exceeded our expectations on all levels, it was very well equipped and had everything that we needed for a great stay. Communication with Rennie leading up to our stay was very easy and we had all the information we needed well ahead of our arrival. It was lovely to meet Laura the property manager too who was only too helpful. We would 100% return!!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Amarela! The flat provides everything you could wish for: great kitchen equipment for cooking, beach essentials (even sunshades, you can take to the beach!), very comfortable beds and the view is just beautiful. We enjoyed everything.

From the minute I arrived was greated with kindness. The host ensured that the place was perfect for the stay. Everything was exactly as listed, really clean, very well stocked, communication was excellent. Nothing is/was missed. Thank you again

The accommodation was wonderful. Lots of space. Wrap around balcony. Close to the beach and restaurants. Can be a little noisy. Do highly recommend Close.to

This property exceeded our expectations! The location couldn’t have been better with less than a minute walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The view off the balcony was exceptional, we opted to cook and eat out there more often than not.

Enjoyed our week. Apartment was beautifully light and well equipped. The balcony/terrace is the USP though. Really big and gets the sunlight from dawn til say 7/8pm. Gabby the rentals manager was friendly and helpful. Would happily stay there again. The only downside is the cost of holidaying in Portugal. For a 2 bed apartment without a pool we paid just over £1500 for 1 week. Plus eating out in Portugal is also v expensive.. Think we'll be trying Greece or Turkey next year.

My husband and I stayed here for two wonderful weeks - our daughter and son-in-law joining us for a week. This apartment is absolutely perfect. The terrace is huge and has beautiful views of the beach (steps away) and town. We loved sitting out there with coffee in the morning, wine before heading out to dinner, lounging in the chaise lounges with our books. There are numerous great restaurants right outside the door - we tried so many (never cooked although the kitchen was beautiful and well stocked) ) and we never had a bad experience. Everyone was very nice and friendly- and most spoke some English. Rennie and her team (Gabby and daughter) were all very welcoming- and the apartment was spotless and had every amenity you could want. We all thought it was one of the best vacations any of us have taken, and we travel to Europe every year. We hope to return soon. Thank you Rennie for everything! We loved it all! In the heart of town, Casa Amarela does not disappoint. The description, pictures and reviews are all accurate. We hesitate to embellish upon what has already been stated and then find it unavailable for our next visit! Suffice it to say that we had a wonderful holiday and that we were very comfortable and happy not only with Casa Amarela and its location but also with Rennie and all of those involved in managing and maintaining the property.
