Our cozy, modern, and newly renovated micro-condo is at the heart of Newport Beach only 100 yards from the sand and bay. It's fully stocked with everything you would need to entertain a group of 4 people comfortably. You'll be sure to enjoy some ocean breeze, night life, restaurants, bars and best of all the beach! You folks are sure to enjoy our home and all the exciting things you can do.

The Space:
We have creatively designed our space to comfortably host up-to 4 people. We provide all bedding, towels, toiletries, and beach essentials to ensure your stay at the beach with us is nothing but perfect. To top it off we added Nespresso machine with pods provided, 55 4K TV with Spectrum TV (200+ Channels) and Smart TV Apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more.

Once you test run our bidet you'll definitely want one for your home. It's toilet with remote, heated seating, and self cleaning functions. Enjoy all of what Newport Beach has to offer with a touch of luxury.

Guest Access:
You will have access to everything in the apartment including on-site laundry.

The Neighborhood:
It's a quiet, peaceful, and secure neighborhood with a new park that the city just built. It's about one block away from the apartment. The downtown offers entertainment for adults and children including Ferry rides and attractions.

Getting Around:
You are walking distance from bars, restaurants, and entertainment for the entire family.

Other Things to Note:
Street cleaning occurs on Mondays on one side of the street and Tuesdays on the other side. Parking is prohibited in the alley, and any parking tickets are the sole responsibility of the guest.

I work 20 minutes away from the home if I'm needed for any sort of emergency please feel free to call anytime.
