A 2 bedroom apartment with private roof terrace in a prime location in the charming family resort of Carvoeiro.

The apartment has fantastic sea views from 2 south facing balconies off the main bedroom and the living area as well as panoramic sea views from the private roof terrace.

Close to all amenities with several excellent restaurants right on the doorstep and only 5 minutes walk from the picturesque Praia do Carvoeiro beach and only 10 minutes walk from Centianes beach.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms a master bedroom with a double bed. There is also a twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area which will enable 5 people to be accommodated.

The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle along with a shower over bath.

The kitchen has a dining table and chairs, along with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and gas hob and also several small appliances.

There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and living area and the apartment has WIFI, satellite TV and DVD players.

The private roof terrace has a built in barbecue, tables and seating perfect for relaxing and taking in the sea views and watching the beautiful sunsets whilst enjoying a refreshing drink as well as sun loungers.

CARVOEIRO

Carvoeiro is a lovely family resort which has grown up around what was a traditional fishing village. Despite the development Carvoeiro has retained its charm with little or no high-rise developments. The town has numerous excellent restaurants and bars and there are a selection of beaches all close by, perfect for soaking up the fantastic sunshine. For those who like a bit of exercise to go with improving their suntans there are a number of golf courses in the area, from the excellent Par 3 course at Vale Do Milho to the prestigious Pestana Golf Resort. Recent developments include a boardwalk along the cliff edge between the town and Algar Seco giving incredible views of the rock formations whilst enjoying a stroll or perhaps an early morning run.

All amenities are within walking distance which means that a car is not essential, however there is plenty of parking around the apartment if you do decide to rent a car.

    The kitchen great art the required utensils. This wasn't a winery not sure why that came up. The unit was very clean.If there was anything to complain about it would be more dishwashing my pucks and laundry pucks work be nice.The rooftop terrace was amazing it was so nice to BBQ there and then enjoy your meal while watching the sunset.

    Spacious, well equipped apartment. 5 mins walk into village centre but huge range of good restaurants and bars and a mini supermarket on your doorstep. Easy parking, super quick communication with owner. Comfy beds, excellent shower and well equipped kitchen. Air con and heating. Sun terrace is a huge bonus, very private and catches sun all day. Would definitely return.

    Lovely apartment. Ideal for the two of us. Easy walk into town to all shops/restaurants. A wee bit noisy at times. Still enjoyed our stay.

    Apartment was spotless and was a short walk to town and the beach. The roof terrace was the star, a great place to watch the sunset and cook dinner. The restaurant below is brilliant and amazing to watch the chefs grilling to fish outside. A great stay!

    The property has a great rooftop patio. The place hadn’t had a good cleaning in a while. Chips out on balcony and behind beds very dirty. Lack of some amenities like dishwasher soap and toilet paper. Hot water did run out at times the last few days. Towels we old and stained in places.

    Spacious apartment in good location. You can chose which of 4 balconies/roof terraces use for dining/coffee. Downstairs fish restaurant what makes minor problems (do not open windows while restaurant open).

    Mark and Mel are great hosts. Communication with them was excellent, always prompt and polite and very easy to make arrangements with. They thoughtfully left some welcome basics, which was appreciated. Carverio is a pretty village, with plenty of eating choices. The apartment is situated an easy 5 -10 mins walk from the main centre, with lots of good restaurants very close by, and small supemarkets for basics. There's also a great little pasteria down the road which does breakfast and good coffee. Whilst there are a two bigger supermarkets about 7 -10 mins drive that have all the bigger items, fresh fruit, fish, meat and groceries. Ideal for couples or small families. We would highly recommend.

    We had a great time!! We like the Apartment and the roof terrace. The view ist great. The Equipment ist great. Two TV was perfekt for us. The Environment ist verry nice.
