Apartment in a green quiet location near the center of Freiburg and the University Hospital

Quiet location, private and spacious. Bed large and comfortable. We walk everywhere and enjoyed staying ion the residential area - lovely cemetery park close by!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property manager quickly responded to our concerns. The area is lovely and a short walk to the tram. We would definitely stay here again when we visit the area.

Alexander is an excellent and helpful host. He was very responsive to our questions. The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. We enjoyed our time in that space. Parking is available upon request The apartment is in a great location - quiet neighborhood that is a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 15 minute walk into the center of town. A 5 minute walk brings you to a wonderful bakery (Contrast Bistro Cafe) with pastries, sandwiches and coffee that is across from the #4 line tram stop. I'm not sure where the nearest grocery store is, we just went to the Rewe on Kaiser Joseph Str. in town. I highly recommend this apartment. It will be my first choice for lodging the next time I'm in Freiburg.

Good location, clean, good bed and everything needed in the kitchen. Older guests might have trouble navigating the curved and steep steps to the unit.

This well-designed apartment was well-situated for my needs - close to the train station, trams, and within easy walking distance of downtown. The place is spacious and has a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom. My only wish is that there was another bed, or a pull-out couch. My son stayed with me and had to sleep on the couch, as there was only one bed. Otherwise, it was great and would highly recommend to couples.

We spent 3 days at the property and are very content. We would certainly use this the next time (if only it might be available...)

We stayed 5 nights in this appartment. All was OK except the bed for a 16 yr old child. The sofa in the living was really too small for het. I think it's OK for a child of max. 150 cm. There is no door between the bedroom and the living room. So no privacy! Appartment was cool which we needed because of the very nice wheather. Also the place to relax outside was cool. If you need sun, ther will be a short time of sun in the afternoon because it's more or less under the ground. The city and train station are on walking distance and parking in the street is for free. Do not forget the Umweltsticker!!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. It is spacious (for 2 adults), the windows in the living room and bedroom let in lots of light and air, the queen-size bed was comfortable, and it was handy to have the washing machine and drying rack. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio for breakfast and in the evening. Instead of the small metal chairs in the pictures, the patio now has much nicer outdoor chairs with cushions. It is located in a quiet and attractive residential neighborhood, however, there are restaurants and an Edeka grocery store, where we bought fresh pastries every morning, in easy walking distance .
