Alonissos, Old Village (Hora) wonderful apartment with amazing clear sea views

Great location, clean and comfortable accommodation, we have only positive things to say about our stay here. Karen and Kostas were excellent hosts, they have thought of everything. We highly recommend staying here.

Magnolia is a super apartment with sea views and in the beautiful Old Town. shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Karen and Costas met us and drove us up to the village, which is really kind. And hiring their car allowed us to see a lot of the Island- essential! Thanks Karen and Costas, we loved it and Alonissos.

Magnolia Apartments is a wonderful place to stay on Alonissos. Located in the old village, you can literally walk out of your door and be amongst all the best restaurants and bars on the island. There is even a bakery down below with the best spanakopita! The apartment is very private and with double glazed windows, it is also quiet. A huge bonus is that the apartment has its own parking spot. There is a full bedroom and sofa bed in the spaceous living room. The front balconies overlook the main pathway up through the village, and the back balcony enjoys a gorgeous sea view. I can't say enough good things about Karen and Kosta, who were there to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay.

Great location, but will need transportation to beaches and other sites. Many excellent places to eat!

We were picked up at the port by the friendly owners and taken to the apartment which was spotless and well stocked. It was lovely not having to go and buy essentials as they are generously provided. The views from the balconies are superb and the furniture nice and comfy. There are plenty of tavernas and a mini market in the Old Village and a bus to Patitiri. We hired a car, using the company recommended by Karen and saw as much as possible of the island and found our favourite beaches. I thoroughly recommend Karen and Kostos beautiful apartment.

We absolutely loved it here! Nothing we could fault with the property, surroundings and wonderfully welcoming owners. The complete process of booking and actually being at the apartment was faultless. Karen and Costas are wonderful hosts and will do anything to help make your stay so enjoyable. The apartment is wonderfully placed for easy access to everything in The Old Town as it overlooks the main street, so access to the shops/bars and tavernas are on your doorstep. With wonderful views on both sides of the apartment with plenty of space within, it was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

Me and my wife spent our holidays in Karen and Kostas apartment. We think that we can’t found a better place! First of all, Karen and Kostas are really nice people, super gentle and professional since the first contact till the end. They gave us many suggestions, help us with reservations for rent a bike in Alonissos, they pick up us at our arrival and for departure, provide towels also for the beach and they clean the house every 3 days!....so the first added value of the apartment are the owners!! After that, the house is so nice, like you can see in pictures and also better: clean, with all comforts, air conditioned and a beautiful view on the sea from the big windows or on the balcony, fantastic place for breakfast or dinner. The location is perfect, exactly in the middle of the old village, with bakery, mini market and many restaurants and bar just out of the door! A beautiful surprise! And in the evening there’s a magic atmosphere! Also perfect for move everyday for a new beach, or go in 5 minutes to Megalo Mourtias ( really nice) or Mikros Mourtias (for us one of the best 3 beaches of the island) or to Yalia.... In few words, we spent beautiful and relaxing days on this island and in/thankful this beautiful apartment. We can only recommend it to who want to visit Alonissos: choose it and you didn’t regret. This was our second time in Alonnisos island and in Magnolia apartment. Karen and Kostas are very caring and exceptional hosts. The apartment is beautiful, very cosy and has all the amenities one may need during his/her vacations, plus, the view from the balcony is beautiful.The location is ideal, there are many restaurant-tavernas around and a mini market close-by. We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous apartment which has every modern facility you could wish for. The location is perfect for enjoying everything the old town has to offer and the outside space gives you the option to enjoy the buzz in the street in the evening, while you can also escape to the tranquillity of the rear balcony to enjoy the terrific views. Karen and Kostas were so kind and helpful, taking us to and from the port as well as taking us into Patitiri when the local bus wasn't running.
