Stayed Nov 15, 2025Staff was great. Room was good. The trip was good. Hauling suitcases up three floors was not pleasant. Three flights a few times a day was too many. When we arrived the water heater was broken and the television inoperable. The unit seemed unattended. The empty and unheated jacuzzi isn’t viable, water flow so slow. It was a clean place with good beds and the air conditioning worked well. The people were great and answered our concerns quickly. The place had some faults.

Stayed Jan 12, 2025We really enjoyed the relaxing stay and especially enjoyed using the rooftop pool in Building G. The on-site security didn't ever feel needed, but it was such a nice touch to have someone there to say hello and goodbye as we came and went throughout the stay. I just realized that I have yet to mention the actual condo... it was amazing as well and the pictures do not do it justice. We felt the value was great for all that it included. We would recommend this location for anyone looking for a tropical getaway.

Stayed Jan 4, 2026A clean modern condo with 1 king and 1 queen, in a pretty quiet complex that seems that some units are probably rented out and some are only used by family and friends. There were always multiple security guards and we saw them far more often than we did any other guests.This unit has its own hot tub on the roof with a view of the ocean across the parking lot, and so you are pretty close to the ocean. There is a fancy house between you and the ocean view, but you can still see waves and water. We were never up for the sunrise, but you likely would have a really nice view of that as well.The heat for the hot tub comes from hot water going into the tub and so you need to refill it when you want to use it, it does take a little time to fill up, but it was a very nice addition and we enjoyed it.There is a gym with treadmills a bike and elliptical machine. I used it almost every day and there was no one else ever there. There’s a nice rectangular pool near the gym with sun chairs and I believe a barbecue where you could almost have a small party there too.You can walk to one restaurant probably about a quarter mile away along the beach, which is mainly rocky and there is not much sand. The beach club is mainly another pool, which is also nice and some lounge chairs, but there isn’t really a big beach where you would hang out or play in the sand.Akumal Beach is about a mile away, but would be best to drive there.
