8 on Onyx !

All Clean! Except for the grill out side was corroded with charbroiled cheese/meat.

We loved this place. The host was very responsive to my messages. And, the place itself - perfect location and very nicely laid out. Six of us were very comfortable. I'd stay here again in a second.

We love the comfort and location of 8 on Onyx. It’s our got to place in Newport Beach. The place is roomy and kept immaculately.

Home is in excellent condition and beautifully furnished. Location is conveniently close to shopping and dining. Host is very responsive and caring. We experienced a mechanical issue on Christmas Eve and it was resolved the next day. Would highly recommend this lovely spot.

The house was perfect for my family and spacious for all 7 of us. The location was wonderful for walking to shops and restaurants as well as the water. Ron was so quick to respond to any questions and accommodating for last minute construction happening right outside the house.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. One of the twin-bed bedrooms wasn't comfortable for the adult who was using it because of how the beds are set up, so they shared the other twin bedroom with another adult. A temporary sewer/gas smell from the nearby city repairs made it impossible to use the balcony or open the windows.

Great place! Very clean and recently uodated. Very happy with the property and location.

Our adult family stayed at the property for a week and would stay here again! We were very happy with the cleanliness and the place overall and the bathrooms and kitchen were updated and new. While Balboa is not the quietest place in the morning, the windows were the best we’ve experienced at keeping the plane noise out. We appreciated the waters and snacks the host provided. Thanks!

This property was in a great spot on Balboa Island. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. I would stay here again!

We stayed at 8 on Onyx for a family trip with a 4 year old, teens, and adults and we had the best time! The location was perfect for shopping and going out to eat, the walk to the ferry was easy also. The property was beautiful, very clean and exactly as described in the posting. We loved everything about the property and will be staying again on our next trip to Balboa! Megan

Great location on Balboa Island without a view. House was well furnished with many added nice touches. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Owner/Manager was very responsive.

Property provided plenty of space for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped. It had everything we were looking for. Property manager was attentive and easy to work with. Great location! A short walk to all restaurants and shops.

Cheerful and roomy upstairs condo on Balboa Island just one block from the main drag. The unit was clean, spotless and very comfortable. We were sad to leave one day early due to high ocean waves the following day. It’s an occasional stop for us since we arrive by boat.

A terrific stay with great communication with the host. The property is terrific with an especially well-equipped kitchen!

A perfect location close to coffee shops & frozen bananas.The house was perfect for our group of 7. Tons of space with plenty of supplies. Ron was easy to work with & I can’t wait to stay here again.

The accommodations worked so well for our family ranging in age from 4 months to seniors with a couple of teenagers thrown in. Every amenity was available, the decor was done to perfection, the location couldn't be better. We loved sitting on the balcony in beautiful CA sunshine and having our nightly Balboa bars. A great place for large families, we loved it and are coming back!

Great property!

The group kept commenting on the well appointed unit: everything we needed. excellent location for walks and took the ferry to the beach. the parking was not ever a problem. Great restaurants and market nearby. Quiet location Loved it

Facility was very nice. The only drawbacks were the stairs to upstairs unit and the access to the parking was very tight. We enjoyed our stay and closeness to Marine Street.

Great location

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. The decor was wonderful, the layout was ideal and it had everything we needed. We loved the balcony deck with rockers and how close it was to the marine ave, close to coffee in the morning and shopping on a whim. The beds we very comfortable and bathrooms clean and upscale. We woyld definitely come back to this home.

The house was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. It was well appointed and very clean. The owner was very responsive to inquiries. Will definitely stay there again!

Balboa is a beautiful island and this is was a beautiful house for our stay.

Wonderful location close to the beaches for days of fun. Family couldn’t get enough of Balboa Bars. The balcony and rocking chairs were a wonderful way to get enjoy the sunset.

We were visiting our son and had a wonderful week. This place is perfect and we will be back
