Stayed Dec 31, 1969We felt like we were in the hospital from the towels to the decor, which is non-existent except in the front room. No instructions for the fireplace. The tile is in need of a good scrubbing. We were there 3 nights and only given 1 towel per person the entire stay. We love the location but have definitely stayed in better beach houses in New-port that offered a feeling of home and not an institution.

Stayed Nov 4, 2020This was a great location. Ocean front by the Newport pier. Close to restaurants and bicycle shops. So relaxing. We loved having two full baths, laundry facilities with two washers and dryers on location. Bedrooms were at the back and you couldn’t hear any street or people noise. Loved it

Stayed Sep 25, 2020Great view. Close to everything. Great accommodations. Only complaint was it was very loud being right on the pier and boardwalk.

Stayed Mar 21, 2017We really enjoyed our stay. The location of this condo is just great - right on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. It has a beautiful view of the beach and it was fun to watch the surfers. The owners/property managers were very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to improve the kitchen items. For instance, there were no wine glasses or salad bowl. Also, it was a bit chilly at night and it would have been nice if the fireplace worked. But overall, it was a great stay and we'd stay there again.

Stayed Feb 23, 2017Pros: clean modern condo, friendly and responsive property manager, comfortable kitchen, snug nice bedrooms, right on beach, steps from snack shacks and bakery, 3rd floor puts you above the noise of the bike/walking trail, 3rd floor allows you to safely keep your windows open to hear the ocean sounds Cons: fireplace not functional, wi-fi was sporadic, lots of noise Friday and Saturday nights from the drunks and police from the nearby bars, beach cleaning crew were loud all Friday morning (note: I was hoping for a quieter time. The condo is wonderful. The location is great if you like the busy beach scene.)
