Perfect location. Great communication. Clean. Great stay

Super long weekend visit to Newport Beach. Great communication from the host ahead of the stay and directions that made finding the home and checking in easy. The condo was exactly as advertised and the view from the living room and deck was more amazing than the pictures. Great bedding and clean bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was awesome, with a very short walk to a LOT of restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. Would select this property again for sure.

Great location within walking distance to dining, night life and shops. Beautiful view to wake up to each morning.

Older unit that needs attention. Sliding glass door barely operates and kitchen/baths are dated. No wine glasses. Couch cushions just slide off couch. However, unit very clean and view is amazing.

2 cubbard doors were hanging off the hinges, I would of thought that would have been fixed right away, makes me wonder if the managers are looking at the property between rentals, as it could look like we did the damage. Comfortable beds. Heat is radiant, so it takes a while before you feel results, but it worked awesome. Awesome location for beach life. Pretty quiet location. Plenty of garage space and parking. The middle floor unit had 3 parking stalls, which is rare that close to ocean. No issues with the property.

This beach house is in a perfect location at the pier. I enjoyed staying at this beach house however, the check-in process was way too confusing.

Overall the place was very clean and had all the necessary items we needed for our stay. We especially liked that the beds were not made when we arrived, the sheets were in a laundered roll and freshly washed, this was a nice feature to know it was very clean and so were the bath towels. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics, wine glasses could be a good addition for dinner time and sitting back to enjoy the spectacular view of the pier, but we made do with the regular glasses just fine! In the living room there is a machine that makes a LOT of weird noises, it says “do not touch” so we didn’t, but it’s really annoying when you’re trying to talk in the living room and it’s buzzing in the background. The waves from the ocean do deafen it a bit ?(it’s not always loud, but for full disclosures sake, I’m sharing). Access to the laundry was a huge bonus and appreciated with kids, the machines and room were spotless! They provided the fabric softener and detergent too! Would definitely come back! Megan the manager on site was very prompt with messages and so was the owner before we arrived! Can’t beat this spot! Hands down

I typically don't write reviews, and I am often time skeptical of 5-star reviews/comments. However, my family and I stayed at Doyle's at the end of September and we loved it! We found out about Doyle's through a friend, and we'll definitely be going back as soon as we can. The location could not be better, and the layout and setup of the rental were perfect for our family. We particularly liked the kitchen and front room layout (which is all open to each other and overlooks the beach). The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved handing out in the front room playing games and watching movies at night. Best of all, there was no packing up when we wanted to go down to the beach or when I saw that the surf was decent. Just step out the door and you are there! One thing I would make note of is that parking a full-size SUV in the garage is not an easy task. We had a Nissan Armada, and you really have to watch what you are doing to squeeze it in. Everything is so close to the rental, however, that we will probably just skip renting a vehicle the next time we go. Other than making a Costco run for groceries at the first of the week, we spent our entire time at the beach or within walking distance of the rental.
