On a hillside just a block and a half from the beach lies a peaceful and yet centrally-located refuge on Catalina Island. It is in a small and quiet building of just 3 condominiums. One bath (shower, no tub) is off the bedroom, and the other bath (shower, no tub) is off the living room. The bedroom has a queen and a single bed, while the living room has a daybed and a trundle bed. There is a full kitchen or you can visit nearby restaurants. Coin washer/dryer and beach chairs in laundry room.<

Stayed Aug 30, 2025Good stay on the island. Even had a small AC unit in the bedroom! Unit was clean although dated, but for the price, we were very pleased. WiFi was reliable (we had a kid who spent the weekend doing homework online and he never had an issue). Host offered us early check in and we were so grateful.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025We misunderstood the description of the couch in the living room -- thought it was a sofa bed that could sleep two. Our fault for misreading. We enjoyed our stay, liked having a kitchen to prepare our own meals. It is an older building, so we had some trouble getting the outlets to work (when recharging our phones). Very comfortable, love the view! Very easy checking in. Thank you!

Stayed Jul 23, 2024Nothing is more than a 15 minute walk away. The condo is up-kept very nicely. Family of 4 stayed here and we had plenty of room. The host was amazing and very quick to respond to any questions I had. We would consider staying there again.
