A large floor fan is available if you want to be cold, and a Coway large air filter is in the living area. From the front deck are great views of the mountains. A queen-size sofa bed is in the living room. The condo has an upscale and fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless appliances, quartz counters, African mahogany cabinets, and a natural tile floor. The bathroom has twin china sinks, w/d, and quartz counters. The full length tiled walk-in shower with a sitting bench is tiled from floor to ceiling with tempered glass. The bathroom is painted in a light shade of blue and has original art work and photography. The bedroom's queen-size mattress has a gel covering over a firm Posture-pedic mattress and hypoallergenic padded mattress pad for a softer feel. The bed has an organic duvet cover, down comforter, and cotton coverlets.
