Wilson, Wyoming
Incredible, Old-World styled guest house (2200 square foot) tucked into a wooded mountain side 5 miles North of Wilson. Our property is easily accessed from the town of Wilson, but secluded enough to enjoy privacy, tranquility and visits from local wildlife. Our home has distinctive architecture which features reclaimed wood beams, marble bathtub, custom stonework, imported sinks and marble floors. Ideal for couples seeking a quiet setting.
The large master bedroom features a King bed, attached bathroom suite and brick fireplace with electric insert. The bathroom suite has a marble soaking tub and a separate shower. Both the bedroom and bathroom have lovely, yet private views of the surrounding woods. A small and sunny sitting area is adjacent and can provide those few moments of quiet and tranquility, perfect for reading a good book from the adjacent mini-library.
Downstairs, there is a Bar styled room which contains a small kitchen. The Bar features cherry wood, antique light fixtures and has seating for 4.. A small dining table offers seating for 2. Light meals can be prepared using the stove, oven or microwave. 2 small refrigerator/freezer combos and a dishwasher finish the cozy, stylish and adequate kitchen.
A comfortable and atmospheric living area is adjacent to the Bar/Kitchen and features a massive wood-burning fireplace, large screen satellite TV and inviting sofas.
The second bedroom is a Queen/Full bed accessed by an enclosed, glass walkway. The walkway itself is stunning and the views from the sunny, safe walkway are of the surrounding woods and mountains. The Queen bedroom is very private, cozy and visually interesting. The bedroom is a short walk from a half bath. The room features a sitting area, a small desk and views of a vaulted ceiling and winding staircase.
Outdoor features include a balcony, separate outdoor seating, lawn furniture and a gas grill. A small stream runs nearby, wildlife frequents the area and it is peaceful and private.
Our home is perfectly situated to enjoy Wilson, numerous hiking and biking opportunities, Grand Teton National Park and the bustling town of Jackson. We live in a small, adjacent house and can share our knowledge of the area, plan excursions or we can simply give you privacy. Our access road is narrow and bumpy, so a 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended during all months except June, July and August.

Felt like staying in a small castle. Amazing structure and art artifacts. Quite in the woods. Only comment would be a need for the host to check the light bulbs. Took a little while to figure out the in-floor heating system. Loved this one of a kind lodging experience.
Lovely spot, had everything we needed beautiful cabin
One of our best family vacations ever! We have stayed all over Europe and the USA and this home is an architectural stunner! It looked like every beam, window, sink, piece of hardware, flooring, etc. was sourced from Old World construction. This is one of the coolest houses we have every stayed in. The huge fireplace was great for family gatherings, and the galley kitchen with top of the line appliances was perfect for meal prepping. The bedrooms are far enough away to offer privacy, yet open and airy with lots of natural light so you can enjoy the beauty outside. Theo the owner was super helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hidden gem.
Truly an unique and amazing house. My daughter and I were on our 7th annual father/daughter flyfishing trip to Jackson/Wilson, and this place is the most amazing place we've stayed so far. Everything about it is truly one-of-a-kind. It was secluded and quiet, and at the same time, served as a great location to have dinner guests. We both loved the ambience and charm. LeeAnn, Theo and and their young son Kip are excellent hosts, and their two doggos are pretty amazing as well. We'd give more stars if it were possible.
This place was fantastic. The builder employed so many details that you won't ever see on a traditional home. Every room has interest and charm that made our time in the home a real joy. We spent the days enjoying God's creation but coming back to this home was a treat. All of the facilities and kitchen appliances were in good working order and we chose to cook several meals during our stay and had everything we needed. My wife, grown daughter and I stayed here and the space was perfect for our stay. I hope to visit the area again in the future during the fall and I would certainly try to stay here again. The owner lives on the property and made themselves available for anything we needed. I highly recommend!! If I had to come up w/ a recommendation for improvement, it would be for more light on the bar and/or living area.
We had a great time in Wilson in this eclectic home. The hosts were great and gave perfect recommendations for restaurants . We are grateful they are dog friendly and our dog played with their dogs. We are from a place that doesn't have bugs and there was a fair amount of bugs. We were there during some unusually hot weather and they don't have screens on the windows, so that was a little issue for us. Overall, a great experience.
We enjoyed the quiet location, but still close to all of the amenities of Jackson. The home was very unique and the owners were very hospitable and responsive.
My wife, brother in law, myself, and our pet cat and dog, stayed here for two weeks in late February 2022. The property itself is very unique, and we thought it was perfect for our group for that amount of time (couple on the top floor, single on the bottom floor). The living area may have gotten a little crowded if there was a fourth person in our party, but for shorter periods of time it’d be a piece of cake. As far as location is concerned, it worked very well for us - we were frequent travelers to Teton Village, Jackson Town/Snow King, and the Grand Targhee resort in Alta, and the house is basically right in between all of that. We’d love to go back in the summer in order to hike and fish in the area. It was however a bit of a hike getting back and forth on the main road to the property - it’s tucked pretty well back in there! The hosts were great and easy to communicate with, the actual listing is similar to a (very fancy) guest house on a larger property, so they were very close by.
Stayed at this property with my partner and one adult friend (and her pup!) for a week. We all loved our stay! The property is gorgeous and the house provides such a cozy retreat after a day out on the hill. There are tons of interesting (and beautiful!) antique touches throughout the home that made this a unique vs cookie-cutter rental experience. Theo and LeeAnn were great hosts - coming by to introduce themselves, their dogs and showing us how to use the fireplace. Dogs were great hosts too - they played with our pup every day in the snow! We hope to come back and visit in summer. A must stay.
I cannot express how wonderful this property is and how accommodating the hosts are. We are the kind of people who seek out off-the-beaten-path adventures and this was perfect for us. The setting is beautiful- secluded and serene. It made for the perfect storybook Christmas. It was so nice to go out for the day and experience town, ski at JHMR, shop, eat out, etc. But at the end of the day, it was nice to come home to such a relaxing environment. The home is cozy, well kept and has everything you need. We were able to cook breakfast and dinner each night, which was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable and the heated floors were so cool. There’s something about walking around on warm stone when it’s 20 degrees and snowing outside. A couple of notes…If you are coming in winter, you’ll need a four-wheel drive vehicle. If you have one, the drive to town is easy, as the driveway and roads are well plowed. The water at the property is really good. I say this because you really don’t need to buy bottled water if you are environmentally conscious. The refrigerator storage is plenty for a weeks stay if you are deliberate with your grocery shopping. We made breakfast everyday and dinner 3 nights. I did have a challenge storing some left overs, but LeAnn was able to take some items off my hands as to not waste anything. Both LeAnn and Theo were so welcoming and helpful. It feels like we made new friends. I would recommend this property without hesitation. It was perfect for our family of 4. However, if you want to be the middle of all the hustle and bustle, this is not your spot. What a charming property - straight out of Hogsmeade. Thanks, Theo and LeAnn for sharing your beautiful home!!
