Wind River Hideaway- Riverfront property

Dubois, Wyoming, United States

The home is nestled on the Wind River with the Wind River off of the back deck. You will hear the river as you go to sleep in the Master Bedroom. brbrYellowstone and Grand Tetons (approximately a one hour to one and a half hours offer wonderful day trips in the summer. Fishing, rafting, hiking, and scenic river trips are other great summer options. In the winter, enjoy snowmobiling, fishing, hiking, and skiing.brbrFully equipped kitchen.brbrClose to amenities while far enough off the road for a peaceful retreat.brThe space is a 2-story cabin. One bedroom (Queen size bed) and bathroom are located downstairs. The Master bedroom (King size bed) and an additional bedroom (Queen size bed) and bathroom are upstairs. There are three twin-sized rollaway beds available downstairs. brbrThere is also a dedicated workspace a monitor in the solarium that overlooks the Wind River and the Wind Mountains. The river is a huge attraction to this property. One can’t help but unwind and relax. It is a magical place.brbrGuests will have full access to the home with the exception of three storage closets used to keep supplies. The garage and tack shed aren't part of the Airbnb. brbrThere is plenty of off-road parking. The home sits away from the main road on 1.3 acres.brbrWe aren’t fans of additional fees. With that said, we currently have a cleaning fee due to the high cost of labor to get the best team to clean to at the level we feel our guests deserve. brbrWe really hope to be able to eliminate it one day!!!! We've been fortunate to have guests that work with us to maintain the place and advise us of any messes so we can address immediately. If that continues, we may be able to remove that fee next year! brbrOn another note, we love children and pets. However, with the stairs and the river so close, we are a bit nervous about toddlers and young children. We have two dogs and are relieved when hosts accept pets. We’ve had good luck hosting previously and allowing one dog. Due to the number of guests allergic to cats, we’ve decided to not to allow cats. We have a cat. But we have to take guest allergies seriously. We will continue allowing one dog (willing to discuss an additional dog) as long as guests continue to clean up after them and respect the home by not allowing them on the furniture and bedding. brbrWe ask that you not leave dogs alone in the house for long periods of time. They are in an unfamiliar setting and the days to the National Parks tend to be long. We recognize that trying to travel the Parks in the summer with a dog is challenging. We try our best to work with people. There is a local kennel in town. We stay on the property in our 5th wheel during the summer so one of us can be available as needed. If it's a friendly dog and one of us are here, we can discuss taking them outside for you.
