Street parking is bravailable and guests must adhere to local ordinance for street brINTERNAL USEbrparking. Vehicles may be towed if they are not adhering to these brrules. Parking passes must be clearly visible inside the vehicle to bravoid towing.br br● Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS permitted on the property for all brguests. br● Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please brkeep noise to a minimum during these hours and mindful of other brguests staying overnight. br● Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the brpool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is brpermitted in the pool. No running or diving is allowed. Swim brdiapers are required for the little ones.br● Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use bron-property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere onproperty. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.br● Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage brareas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything brelse over the railings.br● Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for brany accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises bror its facilities. Keep the docks clear of tripping hazards at all brtimes.br● Boat Slips. Slips are leased to individual condo owners only. brGuests can use the dock for pick-up and drop-off ONLY. NObrdocking boats to pier and NO boats can be left overnight. brAssociation may fine guests $250 a night for violation of overnight brparking.
