It is perfectly situated in the heart of the Dells but in a quiet spot on the lake.brRENTAL AGREEMENTbrbrLighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.brbrPlease be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following HomeownersbrAssociation Rules:br• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not staybrovernight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the solebrresponsibility of Guest.br• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited tobr6 persons.br• Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit inbrwhich they are staying. Other available spots are reserved forbrresidents.br• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETSbr• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keepbrnoise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using thebrwhirlpool tub.br• Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the poolbrareas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted inbrpool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna arebrreserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swimbrdiapers are required for the little ones.brbr• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-brproperty. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.brbrNo grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.br• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas.brPlease refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else overbrthe railings.br• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for anybraccidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or itsbrfacilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the lossbrof personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting thisbrreservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite tobrthe premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising frombrtheir use of the premises or its facilities.br• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paperbr• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlifebr• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters inbrthe parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the onebrby the grills.br• Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision whilebron the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.br• Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may onlybruse a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip thatbrmay be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis.
