For the winter months, the house has is a fabulous wood burning open fire, and enough sofas for everyone to enjoy it. Wood is provided for your convenience. During summer, the family room is kept cool with reverse cycle air conditioning for when you return from one of the local beaches. Otherwise relax on the huge deck which has an outdoor table with 10 chairs and is a beautiful spot to enjoy your holiday, watch for kangaroos and listen to the kookaburras. brbrThe house has two separate wings, each with a master bedroom and ensuite, with three additional bedrooms sharing a main bathroom. The main bathroom and one of the ensuites have large baths and separate showers. The location of the bedrooms with separation of the master suites makes the house ideal for two families to share. Bedroom 1 has a king bed (with ensuite), Bedroom 2 has a king bed (with ensuite), Bedroom 3 has ta queen bed, Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and Bedroom 5 has two single beds. There is a laundry equipped with washing machine and dryer. Linen is provided for all guests (as stated on your booking), and pillows and doonas are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels or these can be hired by prior arrangement.brbrThere is ample parking for more than six cars, with 2 under cover car bays.
