The Hamptons Yallingup

The house is so lovely and is the perfect size for a group of friends or family. The surroundings are peaceful with lots of birdlife and an abundance of kangaroos. The amenities inside the house are well thought out, with pretty much everything you need. Comfy beds, great shower in the master suite and the window seat in the living space is a nice touch.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation gorgeous house beautiful spot. We had some wonderful family memories altogether we will treasure forever. Thank you so much, Jerome. It was an absolute delight.

Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Coffee machine (with beans) was greatly appreciated. Fantastic house for kids with toys, cubby and trampoline. Will absolutely return.

The property is absolutely beautiful to look at and the amenities are really good. However the cleanliness is needing attention. The furniture in the living is dated. No amount of throw rugs can cover the wear and tear. The kitchen was fine but if you supply coffee and other supplies then it should be topped up before the guests arrive. We ended up buying our own. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We were looking forward to spending time with friends on our usual jaunt down south and had booked well ahead. Just as we are leaving home we the message that the host will not be supplying firewood. This was of particular note as when we stay down south in winter it is a pre requisite of our stay. The host did refund 100 due to this inconvenience as we were quite vocal in our dissatisfaction with this. The cleanliness of the house was also not up to our usual standard as was the frugality of the toilet rolls. I must say that this is becoming all too common with a lot of the weekend rentals! The fridge had decomposing beans left in it and the extra room/studio was very dusty and the bathroom needed cleaning before it could be used. On a positive note the house was well appointed, the bedding was comfortable and location was awesome.

We had a lovely stay. With beautiful surroundings, the property had everything we could have asked for. It was spacious and well-maintained. We’ll definitely stay again!

The property is beautiful, there was more than enough space for all of us and we had an amazing time.The kids loved being able to watch movies and we enjoyed the peace that provided, the master suite is absolutely gorgeous and the living and outdoor area is very special too with enough space to accommodate 3 families comfortably. The are 6 steps to the separate bedroom, kitchenette and living area attached to the house by a small bridge, that area is large and more than accommodates needs but could do with some hanging space and the shower is a bit small but overall the property is excellent value for money and in an awesome location providing privacy, peace and easy access to everywhere. A wonderful and special time was had by all and we would definitely come back.Many thanks to Jerome for the excellent communication.

I had a great stay! The place was very clean and in an excellent location. The living room is beautifully decorated, and the backyard is lovely too. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful property has everything! We loved it!

We had 7 adults and 1 teenager staying and there was ample space. There is a separate, self-contained add on loft area with kitchen and bathroom. The balcony out the back has a lovely view of grass, trees and kangaroos. Plenty of space to kick a ball or throw a frisbee along with a trampoline and cubby house. Everything you may need utensil, crockery or appliance wise is provided. Highly recommend staying here - just a short drive to Dunsborough and a walk to Petra Oil Farm.

An amazing and stunning place to unwind, with space, privacy, serenity and natural wildlife . There is so much space at the Hamptons to find a reflective space of your own, both inside and out. All 7 of us just loved it so much! About 5km to the beach and everything if needed. Four acres of scenic land to enjoy!. We are all booking again!

House and location were great, lots of space for the kids to roam around, and for the adults to spread out. One of the best equipped houses that we've stayed in, and Jerome was great a great host. We can't wait to go back!
