The kitchen is modern and well equipped with toaster, kettle, coffee machine, ample crockery, cutlery, salad bowls, platter plates and cooking utensils. There is an electric oven and induction cook top, a fridge, microwave and dishwasher.brbrDownstairs as you enter the home has a 2nd lounge with a 55 TV and couch, perfect for taking some time out. This is gas ducted heating downstairs.brbrThere are 3 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and hairdryer. All three Bedrooms have BIR.brbr Outdoor Areas brbrThe covered rear alfresco (with BBQ and outdoor setting) is perfect to entertain the family, the fully enclosed large rear yard is great for kids and pets and has a hot & cold outdoor shower available up the side of the house opposite to the driveway (accessible only from the backyard) to rinse off after the beach. The front covered deck runs the length of the home. brbr Kitchen brbrThe fully appointed main kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, Aldi pod coffee machine, etc. plus a double sink, large pantry, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cook top. brbr Heating/Cooling Systems brbrThere is a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the living room, plus a coonara wood heater.
