To the side of the living room is the huge semi-covered side deck. Off a side hallway from the living room are bedrooms 2 & 3 (each with BIR), the main bathroom (with shower & bath), a separate toilet and the laundry. At the rear of the home is the enormous 4th bedroom which also has direct access to the rear yard.brbr Outdoor Areas brbrThe deck to the side of the home has table and seating for 8 people with a BBQ, plus lounge chairs for 8 people too. There is space for up to three vehicles on the driveway on the property (or a modest sized boat) plus free parking on the street.
