You're also within short distance to all the wineries the Bellarine has to offer including Jack Rabbit, Bennetts and Scotchman's Hill to name a few. brbrbrbrThe property can host up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 Living areas. The master suite with views across the bay comprises large walk-in robe, and spacious full ensuite set at the front of the property. The remaining two bedrooms are set at the rear of the property down a passageway. All bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds. Access to the rear garden is also achievable through a delightful courtyard from the third bedroom. The second living space is fitted with comfortable sofa bed. brbrbrbrThe rear bedrooms are serviced by a central bathroom with spa bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet. brbrbrbrSeparating the bedrooms is the main living/dining room at the front of the property and the kitchen, in formal dining and second lounge room in the centre of the home with pool table. brbrbrbrNatural light from the northerly aspect saturates the kitchen, deck and family-dining areas.
