Thanks Jay for a fabulous time away. My partner, my friends and our dog Ted all had a lovely time. The weather was not kind but the accommodation was warm, cosy, spacious, immaculate and helped us all to unwind. You made use all feel welcome and your communication was second to none. I'm a return customer and we will be back again!

Everything was great, very spacious, we just lived in the kitchen family room area as there was only three adults. We didn’t even use the lounge room, perfect for families with children, close to the water and only twenty minutes into Geelong, close to other tourist places.

Beautifully presented property in an excellent location. Host was always available if needed. Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed here for a wedding at the nearby Jack Rabbit winery and it was absolutely perfect. We were a group of 6 adults and the house is big enough that we weren’t tripping over each other and it’s pet friendly. Very clean and in a quiet location. The communication with the host was excellent. Thanks Jay for a wonderful weekend away at your property and I’m sure we’ll stay there again to explore more of the area.

We had booked this place for the groom and groomsmen to get ready for our wedding, we were looking for a place close to the beach and our wedding venue. The pictures of the property was exactly what we were expecting. This place had what we were after. The place was clean and close to many wineries in the region. The contact between the house owner was very quick and easy instructions to follow for check in. The house was very comfortable and we would stay here again when we return to the region in years to come.

In a slightly different world this would be a clear 5 star review from myself. Jay is a wonderfully communicative host. The property is generally wonderful for a family or multiple sets of people: a very well supplied Kitchen, a lovely dining area, 2 separate seating areas, good sized bedrooms and bathrooms, room for off street parking of 3+ cars, and all clean, fresh and consistently styled. The property is also in a great location for accessing so much of Geelong and the Bellerine peninsula. But across all three rooms (some of us being within normal weight ranges, some heavier than average) my group of four all reported severe discomfort and inability to sleep due to the mattresses. I, not any of my friends would choose to return for a repeat trip without knowing that these had been replaced, which is a deep shame, as with everything else you could not reasonably ask for more from a property in the area.
