On the ground floor is a beautiful bathroom with whirlpool bath and French window onto the pool area. The first floor, fournished by independent access from an external staircase on the side of the house is reachable also trough a spiral staircase situated in the studio with library, consists of a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, fireplace and double sofa bed and another two double bedrooms with two adjoining bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub.
