Excellent choise for Yoga retreat, yoga platforms which used also for sunbathing are spread all around the field , in front of each house , with stunning sea view .The beach in front of you is very quiet since its not touristic one . Also parking place is 100 meters away from Villas , so no street nearby or car noises which might disturb your staying during night and day while new mattresses and pillows will give you quality and enjoyable sleep .br

Situated in the National Marine Park of Alonissos with superb sea views, above a small private shingle beach with excellent clear waters for snorkelling and swimming. This romantic villa offers tranquility, privacy and simple luxury. After a swim watch the sun going down from our 'Gin and Tonic' terrace before a dip in the jacuzzi.brbrThe villa has large sunbathing and dining terraces with sun loungers, hammocks etc. Plus, of course, a large dining table and chairs for outside living. A BBQ is provided.brInside this air conditioned villa is a large open plan kitchen/sitting room which has one wall which opens back to allow the front of the villa to completely open onto the terraces with amazing views. brOff this room are the two well fitted bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has french windows onto the terrace with superb sea views and en - suite. The second twin bedded room faces on to the side terrace and garden. There is a separate family bathroom.brThe villa is fully fitted with all necessary kitchen equipment including hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, cafetiere, juicer, toaster, water cooler, Nespresso machine etc. brThere are also plenty of books, a music player, chess and backgammon. FREE WI FI. BBQ and beach equipment. Outside shower on the lower area next to the jacuzzi.brbrbrActivities: Most clients do not move far from their own private shingle beach with its wonderful seclusion and tranquil setting, with excellent snorkelling and fishing offshore. Sun loungers are provided and there is even a little fridge hidden away so you don't even have to walk up to the villa for cold drinks!! However, if you do want to move further afield Alonissos also offers great walking with clearly marked paths wandering through spectacular scenery. brWe now also have a kayak which our guests are welcome to borrow and we have two life jackets.br Scuba diving is available for experienced divers and also PADI courses and day sailing. Alonissos also has Greece's first underwater museum!! This is just off the island of Peristera and if you are a diver then trips are offered. Snorkelling trips are also possible.brThere are many boat trips offered to neighbouring islands of Kyra Panayia and to Peristera plus both Skopelos and Skiathos are within easy reach for a day trip.brbrIn the villa there are a selection of games and cards. We also have binoculars and a field scope which is great for watching the dolphins and shoals of fish which pass by plus fishing birds.brbrTerraces: This luxury villa has several different terraces. On the half way mark from your own private beach to the villa is situated 'the Gin and Tonic' terrace so named as everyone who has stayed at the villa has decided it is the ideal position to sit in the early evening whilst the day cools off and the sun goes down.brOn the next terrace up is the Jacuzzi with underwater lighting to enjoy during the evening, or with the lights off on a starry night to see the heavens without any light pollution or to watch the fishing boats plying up the channel between Alonissos and PeristerabrThe BBQ and dining area is situated on the upper terrace where also sun loungers are to be found.brThe dining terrace has sun covers so can also be enjoyed for al fresco lunches.brThis wonderful villa is accredited by the Greek Tourist Board with licence no 0756K91000401301

Modern life is accommodated with the availability of WiFi and Satellite TV alongside all mod con kitchen appliances. The Villa has the living room and kitchen upstairs with balconies to all aspects to make the most of the stunning views of the sea and island. The covered balcony off the kitchen provides a lovely shaded dining area with beautiful sea views where you can watch the boats come and go from Patitiri Harbour and the nearby picturesque Votsi Harbour. On a clear day it is even possible to see Evia across the Aegean ocean. There is a large south facing sun terrace accessed from the living room with comfortable sunbeams as well as a Juliet balcony with glass patio doors overlooking the pine covered islandbrThe villa provides modern and spacious home from home accommodation for up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a range of wardrobes, drawers and bedside tables. The large ensuite bathroom has a vanity unit, toilet and powerful shower. The master bedroom enjoys its own balcony with pagoda and access to the pool and garden. Bedroom two has twin beds with wardrobes, dressing table and patio doors to a large covered balcony with access to the pool and garden. Bedroom three has a single bed wardrobes etc and also has patio doors to the large covered balcony, pool and garden. There is a large family bathroom with vanity unit, toilet and powerful shower adjacent to both bedrooms. The newly constructed pool and BBQ area provides the opportunity to swim and relax in spacious surroundings. The pool is one metre deep for half its length increasing to 1.8 metres at the deeper end. An ample supply of comfortable outdoor furniture ensures a great experience.

At the night with a glas of wine you can tuch the stars.brThe neighborhood of the villa consists of two other villas at a safe distance to ensure peace and quiet. The rest is olive trees, a bordering pine forest and dense makia vegetation. the predominant feeling is one of pure nature with its aromatic smells, the sounds of the forest. and the non ending views.It is the perfect place to feel, to breath, to look and to relax.brbrExterior doors and windows are with mosquito netsbrequipped. They are all renewed in 2019.brbrOur guests so far have left the villa the the best impressions.
