The house is oriented just perfectly to enjoy not only views of the beach but also to people watch and/or play volleyball or lawn games in the large greenbelt space outside the front gate on ground level. The paved ground level also has a large propane grill (propane provided) for the grill master in your family as well as a private shower with both cold and hot water. An abundance of windows infuse the home with joyful sunshine yet, the windows have window coverings for a peaceful night sleep or siesta time. The house is equipped with all new modern amenities! All 3 main bedrooms have closets and luggage racks for your belongings so you feel at home. The home has two well-equipped bathrooms.
