King size bed, walk-in shower, kitchenette, easy parking, private courtyard.brThe spacebrLittle Daisy offers guests a private, cosy and rural experience.brFrom your dedicated parking space(s) follow the path into the courtyard and to the private door of Little Daisy. You will step into the kitchen area ideal for preparing breakfast and light meals. It’s compact design offers a fridge and small freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchen sink. To the left is a contemporary shower room: fully tiled walk-in shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail, underfloor heating. Sitting in over two acres and dating from the 16th century, it is one of the oldest properties in the village and Grade 2 listed. It is in the heart of the village but well set back from the road. There are lots of lovely local walks you can take from Little Daisy. Local shops, places to eat and interesting places to visit are within easy driving distance.brAccess to Little Daisy is by a key code box. The code will be sent to you prior to arrival and you will then have your own set of keys to come and go as you please. Nestled privately next to a lake, The Shepherds Hut is the perfect cosy glamping place to hide away and get some relaxation and unwind. Only a short drive away from the beautiful River Deben with it's plentiful walks and riverside pubs, this is a great base for exploring Suffolk and its wonderful coast.brbrThe Shepherd's Hut at Anvil House brings nothing but a sense of calm and relaxation to all who are lucky enough to spend a few nights here, set next to a private lake with views over the water from all the windows. As you step up to the hut you are greeted with an open plan living space. At one end is a double bed, complete with a memory foam mattress and cotton bed linen. There is storage space under the bed as well as a cleverly hidden table which can be pulled out with two rattan chairs for those cosy evenings when it is too cold to sit outside for supper. The kitchen area is complete with a fridge, double induction hob, butler sink and an Everhot which has oven space as well as keeping the hut toasty and warm. At the opposite end of the hut to the bed is the bathroom complete with a shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.brbrOutside is a decked area with a table and chairs looking out over the water. The best place to sit back and enjoy your favourite tipple while the sun goes down and stars come out. It is nearly four thousand acres and a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) brimming with fauna and flora including the nightjar, rare orchids, fallow roe and muntjac deer, badgers, hares, rabbits, foxes, and many species of birds and butterflies. In 1980 the forest was the site of a supposed UFO event. US military personnel spotted strange lights above the forest. Timber is still harvested while being managed as a special place for nature and recreation. brHorse Paddock - Adjoining the garden is a small paddock with a two horse shelter with fresh water supply.
