Houses and Grounds of Partridge Lodge

Beautiful place, very clean, comfy beds, the place is fully equipped with everything any group might need. Pet friendly. Our labrador enjoyed big green area to run around. Child friendly, with loads of toys to keep little angels occupied. Very welcoming and accomodating host, we will certainly be back.

Loved the houses. Stayed with my family inc grandchildren & we all loved the set up. We rented all 3 houses using the Dairy as the place for all to congregate, eat & play games. Hot tub a must for us! Lovely area which we have never visited previously with lots to visit.

We stayed for my Dad’s surprise 80th birthday celebration. We all had different needs and they were all fulfilled. Comfortable, homely and good value for such a large group.

Everything was as expected and a good time was had by all!

An ideal venue for celebrating a birthday with friends and family. Having the whole site meant the children were able to run around safely while the parents could relax and enjoy themselves. The venue had everything we needed and everyone used the facilities available. This was the second visit and still loved staying at such a nice property. Already planning another stay for next year.

Amazing weekend away at partridge lodge using all the accommodation and grounds.There is everything you need and the owners are very friendly and are there if needed. The children and dogs loved the garden and the adults loved the hot tub. Would definitely recommend to any one wanting to stay here especially a large group of people.

We just had the best weekend ever at partridge lodge, the grounds are beautiful and the hosts were so helpful and lovely. Couldn't recommend it more, close to supermarkets and even closer to Sutton Hoo! Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone, gorgeous gardens with a hot tub and sauna.

Fantastic place to stay , beautiful accommodation and every need thought of by the owner , who just leaves you to enjoy their homes and gardens as you please. Our second big family stay ...and sure we will return

This is our second time staying at Partridge Lodge. For a large family such as ours this is perfect, plenty of room to all sit together, the grounds are fantastic for the kids and the owners couldn’t be more accommodating. Will be booking again.

We took 5 families including 2 dogs for a long weekend to Partridge Lodge. The accommodation worked brilliantly. We could all be together, or split into different groups and even find a quiet space to chill out. Kids adored the outdoor space - there is lots! Sainsbury's delivered a big shop and we used Paul Thompson for one of our evening meals, Sarah and Aaron recommended him and he was great, very easy to arrange and the food was delicious. Partridge Lodge had a wonderful homely feel - nicely done, lots of space but not fussy. Thanks for giving us the perfect space to spend time together.
