Stayed Jun 21, 2023Superb location. Surprised there was a rental next door within the same grounds. Beautiful as no one next door but had there been it would have been very different. Unfortunately the builders were next door which can’t be helped. The agents weee very helpful but it may have been helpful if the location of the key safe were explained as it’s in the most unlikely place and the house name sign was obscured by bushes which should be trimmed to assist in finding the place We’d have expected a coffee machine for the money and the sewage smell in the utility is likely due to the location of the clargester which should be addressed someone A wonderful area enjoyed the stay subject to the above

Stayed Nov 4, 2021Very nice property, extremely quiet, surrounded by fields (one a quarter miles from the nearest B road). Good kitchen downstairs with nice outdoors seating (too cool to use in November). Good sitting room upstairs with seating on a balcony looking over fields. Very comfy king size bed next door and plenty of hanging space in concealed wardrobes. Beware if you are very tall as the A frame construction restricts headroom at the sides but the rooms are wide enough for this not be be a particular issue. Orford and Framingham castles nearby well worth a visit if mediaeval history is of interest. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay
