Casa Blanca is a great resort, within a short walking distance from the beach. It is the only resort with a small golf course right in the resort. You will have 2 pools, one near the units and another one, right in front of the beach. You are right next to Princesa where you will find Collin´s restaurant and a convenience store. The resort itself is a beautiful place, in the most exclusive beach in Rocky Point. Even though SOME AREAS ARE STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION, the resort has a lot to offer. brbrThe beautiful unit with a Mediterranean style feels to it. The living room set is a very comfortable soft sofa set in a bright red wine tone. There also is a box coffee table. To tie up the room this is sitting on a red space rug and it has a side table with a lamp on top. The dining room has beautiful dining set with a rectangular wood table and a set of 6 chairs with cushions in the same color as the living room set. As well as the three countertop tall chairs which are also cushioned in the same color. The kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped to make a gourmet dinner or just a simple pb&j sandwich (ingredients not included). You will also have a laundry room with washer, dryer and enough storage space. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and two Mexican wood side tables with a lamp on each side. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a two-sink vanity and granite countertops. The guest bedroom has two individual beds and a night table between them with a lamp. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom. To go out to the balcony just open the sliding door in the living room. At the Marina Pinacate Resort, there is a lovely swimming pool, we have a sunbathing deck with tiled sunbeds and a BBQ pit area for all our guests. The BBQ pit is perfect for grilling up the catch of the day. The Resort is within walking distance to several restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities which is an advantage of this resort over the rest. At the resort also there is a business and fitness center next to the lobby. This unit has a living room that has been furnished with an ocean blue couch and matching chair. There are two chairs with a matching nautical pattern on them. There are end tables, coffee tables, and an entertainment unit. There are a TV and DVD player in the entertainment unit. Next to the TV, there is another nautical covered circular chair and a very colorful floor lamp. The dining room table has a glass top with a navy blue wrought iron frame. The chairs are matching blue wrought iron with high backs and soft nautical patterned seat cushions. There are a lovely wrought iron console table and a large mirror on the opposite wall of the dining room. The appliances are white on white and include a built-in microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, and refrigerator. There are also small appliances like a coffee maker, water cooler and blender. The kitchen cupboards, pantry, and drawers are fully stocked with everything needed to cook and entertain. The kitchen has a built-in breakfast bar with matching nautical themed bar stools. The breakfast bar is the best place to sit and wait for your morning coffee to brew. The Master Bedroom has been furnished with a wrought iron king size bed adorned with the navy blue bedding set. There is a lovely blue art piece above the bed that really ties the colors of the room together. There are matching bedside tables and a dresser to store your clothing. The room also has two sliding glass doors that lead to the patio. The main bathroom has a glass block shower enclosure which was custom made with a sink vanity that has plenty of light and enough counter space. This condo has an ocean view and accommodations for 6 people. In the living room, you have two plush olive green fabric covered sofas with a lighted end table, matching coffee table and a giant entertainment unit. Above the sofa, there is a beautiful gold decorative edge wall mounted mirror that expands the size of the room to feel very spacious. The entertainment unit is loaded with a TV, DVD, VCR and stereo system. In addition, the condo comes with high-speed wireless internet so you can update your Face book status or Skype with your friends back in the states. You can get to the terrace through the arcadia doors in the living area. In the dining area, there is a round wood table with four wooden chairs and a bronze chandelier hung from above to illuminate the area. The dining room has a beautiful floral art print on one wall and a matching wood china cabinet on the other. In the kitchen, there are ceramic tiled countertops with black appliances and fully stocked cabinets and drawers.
