Stayed Dec 25, 2025Just as described and pictured! So much room for our family to gather for Christmas. Great access to the beach! The little ones loved the beach toys. Our adult kids enjoyed paddle boarding. Kitchen is well equipped to cook all meals. Loads of fridge space, too!

Stayed Jun 18, 2025Everything was wonderful. I did feel the water situation was not the best. We lost electricity a few times, but, it was still the best property for our family. We had the best time and the few blips were insignificant. Ricky, the property manager was amazing and was there anytime there was even the slightest issue. It’s wonderful to have a house literally on the beach. Check in and check out were a breeeze

Stayed Jun 5, 2025This property is a wonderful place place to stay with a large group Kim the property manager is so wonderful to work with. You’re just steps from the beach. They have plenty of toys to play with even a pop-up. They have air conditioning in each room, which makes a later stay in the year comfortable. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook too. I give this a 10 star rating and would recommend it to anyone.

Stayed Mar 13, 2025Beautiful house and casitas right on the beach Perfect for our large group Only draw back is the lack of safety railing on the stairs and out on the patio. Certainly better for visitors without small toddlers

Stayed Oct 18, 2024This beautiful beach home was perfect for our large family group! We also rented the property next door and casitas on the property. The beach is beautiful, we loved gathering shells & watching the tide, on a virtually private beach. The home had all the comforts of home, a fully equipped kitchen, a garage full of beach supplies and plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Mar 7, 2024Lovely house on a private beach with just a short drive to town. Best beach in Rocky Point hands down! House has plenty of room for the family to spread out but has great common spaces with the kitchen and living room. Kitchen, living room and master bed have wall to wall windows for the best ocean views. Large porch and seating area perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets. Roof top is great for star gazing. The home is furnished with all the necessities and then some that makes for a great beach vacation!
