Luxury Beachfront home in Playa la Jolla on quiet beach & Private Chef

Beautiful home at a beautiful location. Karlas cooking sas delicious and there was more food then we could even eat! 10/10 we would happily stay here again!

Absolutely the most beautiful place I've been in!!

We stayed at Casa de Olé for a family celebration of a 50th wedding anniversary. It was AMAZING. The home was such a delight - each room has a different theme and we all had so much fun running around and delighting in the fun home design and tile work - oohs and ahhhs abounded, all weekend long. Imagine our joy that evening when the musicians in the family pulled out the guitar and sang for us - that grand living room with the domed ceiling was made for music - a small taste of heaven in that room with fantastic live music each evening - and then you could step outside and be in awe of the actual heavens - the milky way was crazy good with how dark it was. Let's talk about Karla - not sure there's words for how awesome she is. Every single dish was more amazing than the last - she is a treasure. We cannot wait to come back. We feel like we are in an extra special elite club now, knowing about this delightful retreat.

Stay way perfect from top to bottom, we hope to make it an annual trip for us!

3 generations of family members set out for what turned into our BEST family vacation since our trip to Kauai 10 years ago! Best part for mom hands down was Karla! I consider myself an excellent cook and to not have to worry about feeding 14 people and just enjoy myself was a highlight! I have big eaters and it was plentiful and exceptionally tasty! We are booking this little gem annually!

This is our second time staying here. Last time we stayed with extended family this time we brought friends and their families with us. We had six adults and a bunch of kids ranging in age from 2-17. The water temperature was perfect, the sand is so soft, the house is so beautiful, each family has their own space with two different wings of the house and the Casita. Overall, the best thing is Karla and her amazing food!! It's so nice to not have to worry about meals for a large group of people and just be able to play at the beach or play board games all day. We are already planning our next trip back to Casa De Ole.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. Casa de Ole is more than we expected. It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Karla our chef was outstanding. She made great food for so much less than what we would pay if we were to go out to eat and far less hassle and expense of going into town to buy our own groceries and make it. It was delicious! Each room had its own bathroom which was so convenient for our extended family. We had four toddlers and so the beach was perfect because the tide created these little pools for them to play in. We loved the location on the beach for that reason. It was so safe. We were in a gated community so it was pretty quiet and the beach was pretty empty. Better experience than we even expected. The communication with the owner was so helpful prior to going. I ask a lot of questions and Cat never tired of answering. She was so helpful. It was great!! We are going back.

Our stay at Casa de Ole was perfect in every way. Our family of 13 enjoyed the casa, the beach, and Karla's sweet personality and magnificent cooking. We certainly expect to enjoy this great location again!

It is very difficult to summarize how amazingly wonderful this house and its owners are. The pictures on the website pale in comparison to the beauty of the home. There were eleven of us; six of us have known each other for over 50 years. We all absolutely loved everything about the home, from the cleanliness, to the immediate response of the owners for each question, to the amazing culinary skills lovingly prepared by Karla. Truly, this experience exceeded our expectations a hundredfold. We only wish we could give this property and everything about it ten stars or more. Thank you!!

Pre-Covid, we stayed at Casa de Ole with our grown kids and their families. We had an excellent time! This time, we stayed with 4 other adult couples and experienced an equally great time! The place itself is great, Karla's cooking is amazing, and the owners could not be more responsive! We're already looking forward to our next stay!
