Stayed Jul 31, 2025We enjoyed our stay. This is a quiet side of Rocky Point. We had a great time at the house pool and the main pool. The food and service at the restaurant were great. I would defenetly recomend this home and would love to return soon.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024The Margaritaville home in Laguna Shores was everything we wished it would be for our 2024 Christmas trip. By having to meet staff in Rocky Point before proceeding to the house, the check-in process is moderately inconvenient. Once you get to the home; however, the stress of the travel day melts as a beautiful home and view welcomes you!We enjoyed the open concept/split floor plan with large windows and multiple doorways that stretch across the ocean-view side of the home. The furnishings and appliances were bright and high end. There were many, many areas to take in the breathtaking sunsets. The tide was out through the daytime hours during our entire stay so we used that as an opportunity to walk through the tide pools to visit the ocean shore. The pool isn’t heated and was chilly, but it was nice to cool off after a long walk on the shoreline. The sunsets were especially brilliant in large part due to the reflections off of the tide pools. The neighborhood is somewhat remote, but there is an excellent restaurant on site and a small market that has the bare necessities you might need during your stay.We will visit again in the future and look forward to coming during a different season to play more in the ocean and pool.

Stayed Oct 6, 2024I read prior reviews about the checkin in town being frustrating so it was expected however I didn’t understand after checking in in town you then checked in at the gate and then again at the resort. Even if not planning to use resort facilities you are expected to wear wrist bands the whole week. The house is lovely and had all that was needed for a stay. The beds were all comfortable as were the sofas. The pool needs some attention as a lot of tiles are loose but it was clean and comfortable. The tide is really far a lot of the time but the beach is still beautiful. The backyard doesn’t have a lot of shade so we enjoyed early mornings and late afternoons.

Stayed May 18, 2024Nice welcoming home with lots of space. The kids loved the little swim up pool and catching a glimpse of the sea lions that came to say hello. Bathrooms in every bedroom was very convenient. The negatives were minimal: no ice, no hot water in the extra large bathtub, hammocks and beach toys were locked in a closet. Definitely can’t wait to visit again!

Stayed Mar 6, 2022Completely accurate pictures - property is massive and extremely well appointed…..our time in Margaritaville was nothing short of awesome!! Our only issue was actually getting the front door lock to let us in but upon checkout I made a point of letting Casago staff know that a bit more info on exactly how that kind of door code works would definitely be helpful. We had NO need to talk with the property manager at all….so I marked all 5 stars because this rating system requires it to be filled out.

Stayed Feb 26, 2022Beautiful home, very safe, clean, spacious and equipped. Great restaurant on site and fantastic value meals and drinks. Very well stocked kitchen with full cupboards. Now the Cons. Check in was very poor. The front desk senorita could not tell us were the house was located, but the security guard was helpful. Any problems have to be resolved from town, so it takes a while, like a tripped breaker. But they do show up. Keep in mind that when the tide goes out, it looks like 500 yds of sand flats.
