The apartment (300 m²) is part of the 400 year old Pinzgauer Schrempf farmhouse (anno 1613) renovated in 2015 and is located in the sunny picturesque village of Niedernsill, a 10-minute drive from Kaprun and Zell am See. In the spring, summer and fall you can go hiking, mountain biking, golfing, sailing, hiking and even skiing on the Kaprun glacier. Plenty of skiing or cross-country skiing in the Kitzbüheler Alpen, the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn or the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See in winter.
