The apartment (300 m²) is part of the 400 year old Pinzgauer Schrempf farmhouse (anno 1613) renovated in 2015 and is located in the sunny picturesque village of Niedernsill, a 10-minute drive from Kaprun and Zell am See. In the spring, summer and fall you can go hiking, mountain biking, golfing, sailing, hiking and even skiing on the Kaprun glacier. Plenty of skiing or cross-country skiing in the Kitzbüheler Alpen, the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn or the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See in winter. Everything accessible within 10 minutes. brbrIn 2014 we bought the somewhat dilapidated farmhouse (anno 1613) and renovated it with great love and patience into an attractive and comfortable apartment in which we have retained the characteristic elements as much as possible. The vaults in the bedroom and bathroom and the old doors also give the apartment a warm and cozy appearance.brbrThe Schrempf-Anna apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the farm and has 14 sleeping places. The luxury living room with kitchen and dining area is approximately 100 m². From the living room / kitchen / dining area you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Hohe Tauern. In the living room, equipped with a spacious seating area, flat-screen TV, blu-ray player and iPod docking / CD / radio, you can chat about the day. The kitchen is equipped with a combi oven / microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, kettle, coffee maker, senseo coffee maker and toaster.
