The villa is located in the quiet outskirts of St. Michael at the edge of meadows and forest with splendid views over the surrounding pitoresque mountains. In the winter all trees around are most of the time white by snow and ice asthis area is one of the coldest in the center of the Alps. The Ski lift Petersbründl is located directly closeby (2 minutes by foot) and 6 ski areas are located around it: Sonnenbahn/Speiereck 6 minutes 2.7km Katschberg 8 minutes 6 km, St Margarethen 9 min 7.3 km, Fanningberg.23 min 19 km, Obertauern 30 minutes 33 km, Flachau 26 min 34 km. The villa is easy to reach by car as the Villa is located only 2,5 km away from the highway exit of Autobahn A 10. Only 3.5 hours to Vienna or Venice (Italy) enable phantastic trips from this central location. brIn the summer it is surrounded by lush green meadows, forests and alpine peaks above the trees with pleasant temperatures also in high summer.brThe Villa has 5 large double bedrooms, each one has its own en suite bathroom (!), large verandas to the south and the east as well as a nice private garden with lawn and old Zirben trees.
