The two guest bedrooms have a Jack & Jill bathroom shared between them which features a semicircular outdoor shower. You can horseback ride on the beach at Aquaholic which is at the bottom of our road and across the street. There is also ziplining, deep sea fishing, surfing lessons, and sunset cruises. You can take in the view of SJDS from the Cristo de La Misericordia on the hill or take a day trip to the colonial city of Granada, the Volcan Masaya, as well as the Masaya market. Isle de Ometepe is an island in Lake Nicaragua, famous for its twin volcanoes. brbr**Weekly housekeeping fee is $30.brbr***Please try to limit AC use in the bedrooms to when sleeping at night so as not to overwhelm our solar power system. The drapes in the living room are light blocking and thermal insulated to keep the room cool so please keep them closed. Comfortable pool furniture is provided for your use, and this is an excellent spot to simply relax, enjoy a cocktail, all while listening to the waves crash in the bay.brbrCasa Sueños is located a short 5 minute walk from the beach and the heart of downtown San Juan del Sur. The location of our home is second to none as a car is not required to take in the culture and amenities of this bustling surfing village. In town you will find fresh fruit and vegetables at the market, craft beer at La Cerveceria, ocean front dining at a number of restaurants, incredible cafe’s and eateries, exciting nightlife, and of course the beautiful San Juan del Sur beach. The gentle waves of San Juan del Sur bay are rarely big enough to surf. If surfing is your thing than we recommend renting a vehicle to drive to the nearby world class surf breaks of Maderas, Hermosa, Remanso, or Yanke. brbrAn English and Spanish speaking “meet and greet” is included in the cost of rental. Our host can help you arrange a variety of activities in the area including zip lining, fishing, horse back riding, boat cruises, surf lessons, professional onsite massages, and spanish lessons. If you don’t feel like renting a vehicle to explore the areas around San Juan del Sur than we can arrange a punctual, friendly, and knowledgable driver at approximately the same rate as a car rental…and he can do surf lessons and take pictures of you and your group as you are catching your first waves.
