Luxury Oceanview Villa with Infinity Terrace & Modern Design. Sunset Paradise!

The property was everything we expected and more. Property managers were very accessible to help and answer any questions

Arrived early and waited for cleaning to finish. We started to put away our food and prepare for our meal we noticed all the uncleanliness, counters not wiped, plate holder with mildew, insects on the floor, table and chairs with dead insects and dust, the coffee machine growing maggots, it was just disgusting. We had to go to the store, buy cleaning supplies and clean everything. Upstairs in bedrooms we noticed the sinks and showers were filthy. The master bath smelled of mildew and moldy and throughout our stay we could not get rid of the terrible smell and mustiness. The curtains and beddings were stained. There were critters and bugs everywhere, 2 scorpions outside near the pool, 2 wasp nests in the outdoor seating area. You could tell the home had not been fumigated or maintained for a good stay and experience. They did accommodate us with 2 additional mattresses, as one of the futons was broken and could not be used as a bed and the pictures for the site showed a bedroom with a twin and a queen and we found only queens in all the regular bedrooms. It only accommodated 11 in reality. Also, the last 2 days the refrigerator stopped working and on the last day the freezer stopped working. Some of our food spoiled and we had to go buy ice and put everything back in our coolers to maintain the food left. Someone was to clean each morning, they didn’t show up the first day. To top it off, when we reached out to host they took a day to respond and did not correct our concerns.

Ricardo is the best of the best, enjoy the view and the hospitality, we really enjoyed our stay, but he was the person who made our stay incredible.

The house is very spacious, enough living spaces for our group of family and kids. The views are the best in town! The kitchen is well equipped, with soaring ceilings. I would suggest updating the stove soon. Lots of small but luxurious finishing touches around the house. The housekeepers were incredibly helpful! We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view. We stayed 2 nights with my family. There was clear communication from owner before arrival. When we arrived we had a great time, beautiful home. The cook and her family where helpful in every way. It’s was nice to wake up in the morning with monkeys and birds sounds and see the beautiful sunrise.

Great property! Amazing infinity pool - we had some good times there. Surfing beach just a 5 minute drive away. Neighborhood is very secure with multiple manned gates. The bedrooms are air conditioned which is very nice, but the common areas are not and if you're going in the summer months, it will be very hot. The town is quaint and has some good restaurants. Your US dollar goes a long way there.

The pictures doesn't do the house justice. It's much better than the pictures. Beautiful in every aspect.

Amazing people amazing place

This rental is incredible from planning the trip till the day we checked out. Before booking this property all questions that I had regarding the stay were answered immediately. Zach was helpful in planning transportation to and from the villa and provided menus that were customizable. The property itself it gorgeous and the pictures do not do it enough justice. Waking up to the view of the bay each morning was absolutely amazing. We had a group of 11 adults and there was more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. The staff was also amazing and by the end of the trip we felt like family. I can definitely see us returning in the future !

Absolutely beautiful house and friendly staff! What really surprised me was how is how secluded it felt as you look out onto the bay. It feels like your own bay. Highly recommended!
