Stunning Sunset & Ocean Views in a private hillside escape.

I really liked the place. The supermarket and other activity spots were not too far by car. I would suggest updating the master bedroom bathroom and faucet—the water pressure was quite weak.

First, Francisco, the onsite care taker, and his patrol lab Mayo, are a wonderful oversight of the property. What I always fear is a noisy, dog barking place and this is as quiet as can be. The pool and palapa offer wonderful relaxation. You are on a hill and at 70 years old did not mind the walk to the beach club at the bottom... 500 meters with incline. We had their recommended driver, Gaby Transportation shuttle us to beaches and to and from Managua, again competent and reliable. We had to leave early due to reasons back is the USA with this new administration but look forward to a return. You'll find everyone you meet friendly, happy and accommodating.

Our stay was excellent. The property is exactly as desribed. Staff was great, communication with host was easy. Beautiful house, beautiful spot. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay, the property is very spacious and the view is stunning! It is fully equipped with linens and kitchen/household items and the grounds keeper is lovely and very helpful. A perfect peaceful getaway just outside busy San Juan Del Sur!

The only thing this house is missing is YOU and your FAMILY! From the start Stacey was a great host and had open communication at any point needed. Her house is beautiful and its a heck of a drive up but once you get to it the view is absolutely breathtaking and worth the drive the pictures do it no justice as it's beyond what any picture could capture! There is ac in the 3 bedrooms with awesome fans and with the living room keep the big beautiful windows open for a breeze! The pool was excellent as well!! Francisco who lives on site is amazing and is there if anything is needed!! He also gives ideas and places to visit! In all it was an amazing stay and close to town!!! I really loved my stay here. Easy to book, responsive host, and clear directions on how to get to the house. It’s less than a 10 minute drive from downtown so it’s just enough away to have the peace and quiet but still easy to get to town for dinner or the beach. Beautiful pool and outdoor space. My only complaint is the road is a little rough getting to the house… but if you have been to Nicaragua before then you are probably used to it.

What a great spot in SJDS! Quick ride to town but far enough away that it is quiet and peaceful at night. The views are amazing especially of the stars at night. We sat at the rancho most days and just stared out at the sea. The house is clean, comfortable and cozy. Pool was relaxing and refreshing! Caretakers were very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend Casa Pamela!

We had such a great stay and would rate this home as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed in Nicaragua. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The views were simply amazing and the location to town and beach couldn't have been better! We were never at a loss of things to do in the surrounding area. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful home and are already planning our next trip back!
