This spectacular 2 story house with breathtaking views sits directly on Misquamicut Beach. In the summer time you are in all the action with a fun and busy beach. In the off season it is private, peaceful, and has stunning, sunrises and sunsets. brbrThe Beach House comfortably accommodates six people and has a sofabed that could accommodate 2 others. The house has a total of three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The 1000 sq ft second level open floor plan is ideal for entertaining as it extends onto a 20 ft upper deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This living space includes state of the art appliances. A stove, dishwasher, Stainless steel double door over sized fridge, extra large wine cooler, and well stocked kitchen make you feel as if you were in your own home. There is even a massage chair.br brThe ocean level sports 3 bedrooms, and outdoor shower area. There are 2 master suites with remodeled baths. The 3 bedrooms each have private baths.. The middle master has a deep jacuzzi tub, television, separate stand up shower and bidet. To get to the front master bedroom you can walk through the middle master bedroom or access it through the 2 doors on the beach. brbr3 decks offer comfortable seating and tables on each. (Unless climate and weather do not permit) An interior spiral staircase allows access to the ocean and the upper level. Televisions on each level allow for easy entertaining, or time to yourself if you require it. Wrap around ocean front and ocean view windows on both levels will give you incredible, well deserved views from sunrise to sunset, and will create memories to last a lifetime.brbrPlease note there are many entrances in and out of the property. There are 2 sets of stairs leading up to the upper level. One set of stairs is a spiral staircase which is located inside and is not suitable for all people. The outside staircase is suitable for anyone who can go up and down stairs. brbrPlease look at the calendar for available dates before trying to book. My Calendar is up to date. We invite you to stay at our classic beach cottage, a converted Barn, where you can hear the sound of the waves and walk 10 minutes (half a mile) to the Fenway beach. The Barn is perfect for a family vacation, with a large front yard (including gas grill and table), for lounging, playing frisbee or running after toddlers, a separate walled off orchard (one apple tree) that is private and quiet, and a back yard with an outdoor shower . The house sits on 1.4 acres of land in Weekapaug, a wonderful summer community.brbrThe Barn has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as an upstairs living area that has a futon couch and a full-sized bed. Each bedroom has an AC unit.brbrOn the first floor, there is a breakfast table near the large windows where you can watch the birds; a dining room, a living room (includes tv and wifi), a kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, and equipped with dishes, pots and pans and utensils), a utility room (with washer/dryer), and one master bedroom (queen bed, walk-in closet), another bedroom (full sized bed) and a full bathroom with a shower and tub.brbrOn the second floor, the Kids' room has four twin beds and an attached bathroom (tub, toilet, sink, no shower). The Maid's room (I don't think there has ever been a maid!) has one full-sized bed with an attached bathroom (tub, shower, and sin). The large living area space has a full-sized bed, a futon couch (can be extended to bed) with chairs and a coffee table for a kids' hangout space. brbrWeekapaug is outside of Westerly, RI, near the border with Connecticut, and close to Mystic, Stonington, Narragansett, and Point Judith. Renting the house includes access to two private beaches, the Fenway beach (enter on the trail side for easy access to the beach box with beach chairs) and the Inn beach, both beautiful beaches. br

You can easily have some peace & quiet away from the beach crowds, but direct access to all of the action. The house is also a 10 minute drive from beautiful Watch Hill & historic Ocean House & just 15 minutes from Mystic, CT!brbrThe house can sleep up to 8 people. On the first floor, you will find a sitting room & a dining room just off the front entrance, family room just off the fully-equipped kitchen, casual eating area, half bath & laundry facilities.brbrThe outdoor area in the back can be accessed by a sliding door off of the casual eating area. There is lounge furniture, an outdoor eating area & above-ground pool. There are pool toys in the garage. The pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.brbrThe second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & a sitting room off of the primary bedroom. The 3 bedrooms each have a king size bed. The sitting room off of the primary bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses & a toddler bed. There is a pack n' play in the primary walk-in closet.brbrThere is a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, body board, toys/shovels in the garage. Unfortunately, we do NOT offer a beach parking pass. Passes are tied to vehicles. A day pass is $12-$20, depending on the beach that you visit.brbrWe provide basic amenities such as linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and paper goods. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, cups, mugs, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans. A number of puzzles/games are located in the TV console as well. The front living/dining area has new banquette seating along with two cozy club chairs perfect for a morning cup of coffee! brbrTHE OUTDOOR:brEnjoy a fully fenced backyard oasis designed for making memories.
