Beautifully Renovated 2 Bedroom Condo with Amazing Water Views

In the busy part of the beach. Across from Paddy’s so you’ll get to hear live music until 11-12pm. Traffic backs up here every morning as the cars line up for the town beach that opens late, 8:30am. Brightly lit, clean and new. Friendly folks in the store and parking lot. Host was quick to reply to any communication. Comes with a pass for the beach across the street, although no one ever bothered to check it. Just take the path to the left of Paddy’s Bring all your essentials. You’ll need to supply your own garbage bags, hand and dish soap.

Perfect location directly across from beach, Modern, Neely updated, fresh and clean apartment, with private deck over looking salt water pond includes great well stocked kitchen, modern bathroom, 2 bedroom (comfy beds!! - all open with big dining table & very nice living room setup and central air conditioning!!

The property was clean, cozy, and very conveniently accessible to the beach across the street! The property managers/owners were easily accessible and were responsive to our needs! I also appreciate that it was equipped with a refrigerator, stove, other small appliances and AC!! Although I do have some suggestions to improve stay: 1. Better quality Blinds/curtains for bedroom because it let in too much light in the morning. A curtain/blind for slider in the kitchen ( to give a better sense of safety) 2. Smart TV so that we can access our personal Netflix account/ better channels ( we were unable to watch movies. 3. An iron & ironing board or steamer Other than that it was absolutely wonderful!!

Property listing is accurate, nice open layout & bigger that we thought it would be! Great location, beach is 2 minute walk away!!! Wish it had a washer/dryer though. We had a great time!

Had a great time on my stay. Hosts are very friendly. Place is very comfortable.

Miscquamicut beach is literally across the street (you have to go half a block in either direction because there's a building directly across the street). Perfect for a beach vacation for my family - myself, a 3-year-old, a 6-year-old and a spouse who hates the beach. He slept in, I took the kids to the beach - they didn't even need shoes - and in the afternoon we hung out and played games, went go-karting or mini-golfing. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance, more within 2 miles of driving, and downtown Westerly is worth exploring too. (we found 2 great bookstores, and a strip mall had a bowling alley for when it rained). A great experience and my 6yo asked to stay 2 weeks next year!

My bar was pretty low however we were pleasantly surprised by this rental. Clean, comfortable and right across from the beach. The only thing that would have been helpful was washer/dryer for towels, etc. but I knew that ahead of time. Would def rent again!

We have vacationed many time at Misquamicut Beach. This was by far the best we have stayed. Central air and lots of room. Located right across from the beach access and the beach bar. Were definitely staying here next year. Thanks Gary

The condo was very nice, however the parking situation was a bit crazy. The weekends seem to be very busy and they were parking cars behind our assigned spot. Also, if anyone planned to cook seafood while visiting the shore, there are no larger pots to cook lobsters, for instance. Overall, my husband and I had a nice relaxing time and would visit again.

Very well-equipped kitchen, lots of counter space, many closets, close to beach. It is clear that owners have put a lot of thought into making the condo comfortable.
