There are two options for indoor dining, one table (seating 6 in the kitchen area) and another table in the dining room for a more formal setting (seating 6). As you make your way upstairs, you will find the second living space and the other 3 bedrooms with beautiful high ceilings. The comfortable master bedroom with en-suite has a queen bed and plenty of drawers and closet space for your belongings. The master bath has a standing shower and jacuzzi tub. Another bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat screen TV's.brbrGrab the beach gear (6 beach chairs are provided by owner) and head right over to Scarborough State Beach without the hassle of parking. After a relaxing day at the beach, enjoy rinsing off in the fully enclosed outdoor shower. This property is truly a gem with fabulous ocean views, desired location, and both grand indoor and outdoor space. brbrAdditional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made prior to arrival (bed-making is only provided once; multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee.
