A garden with attention to detail, frames the house, with numerous fruit trees and lawn. The main entrance gives access to the living room with wonderful stone vaults, here there is a comfortable sofa bed with armchair and TV, for maximum relaxation. Passing under a stone arch we find a dining table with chairs, all in a combination of minimal modern style with a strong hint of the typical Pugliese style, given by the construction itself. Here there is a bathroom with shower for the house and the kitchenette equipped with every comfort. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a French window that gives access to the outdoor area covered by a patio, which shades a round table with chairs, a kitchen with induction stove and sink, and an area with sofas to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners in conviviality. The garden has a swimming pool (4x10 meters) accessible via a stone staircase adjacent to the patio, which is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, from here you can admire a view of the house and the surrounding countryside. There is also a jacuzzi with a strategic position in the garden, equipped with a special service shower and sun loungers. Through the living room, an internal staircase also made of stone, leads to the first floor where there is the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
