Parking: Free parking on site, can accommodate 3-4 vehicles.br5 minute walk distance: Cotton Park (located on the same street as the home) has a 1km circular walking trail that runs along a small beach, playground and large green spaces. 3-5min drive: Grocery store, liquor store, coffee shop, post office, pharmacy, SPINCO, hardware store, trampoline park, gas station and Fox Meadow Golf Course. Downtown Charlottetown is just over the Hillsborough bridge(~7min by car). Want to go for a walk on the beach Keppoch and Tea Hill Beach are a 7 minute drive. Centrally located in quiet neighbourhood our home is within a 5 kilometre radius of Stratford and Charlottetown’s many amenities and south shore beaches.This unit is tastefully furnished.
