This building was the original Bunbury Rd schoolhouse in the 1800s and has been beautifully renovated. High ceilings, lots of light, large bathroom and a private 2nd story deck give this studio a spacious feel. Water views of the Hillsborough River and beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

Stayed Aug 15, 2025Wonderful place to stay, quiet and peaceful (great views of surrounding farm lands and properties) yet only a few minutes from shopping and Charlottetown. Unit arranged to make the most use of the space, very clean and orderly. Appreciated having a washer in the kitchen and items dried quickly on clothesline or drying rack. Owners were very kind and quickly responded to questions Highly recommend this property
