Stayed Aug 22, 2024The location is excellent. As far as cleanliness, the basics were done and we felt comfortable there. However, time should be spent on the cleanliness of finer details. (Bathroom walls). We loved the beds - they felt clean, nice linen and comfortable. Some pillows need to be replaced. All listed amenities were there and in working order. However, the smaller amenities need attention - there were no dishcloths, only 1 paper towel, 3 toilet paper, 1 dish towel, no extra garbage bags and only 1 towel and facecloth for each person during a 2 night stay. We had to go buy paper towel and toilet paper. The lawn was not mowed when we arrived and there were bags of garbage and recyclables by the deck which smelled yucky. The host was lovely. He got back to me by email very quickly both times I messaged him and he was helpful. It is a lovely neighborhood, close to everything.

Stayed Aug 12, 2024Location was perfect for trip into Charlottetown and exploring the island. Quiet and close to a lot of shops. The beds were comfortable. Checkin super easy. Host very responsive to questions.

Stayed Jul 28, 2023The duplex is on a busy road handy to shops. There's a bike path across the street. The first night was pretty bad because of heat, but landlord responded right away and installed a wall AC unit. The rest of the stay much better.
