The Lupin Cottage by the Beach

The cottage was excellent. Perfect size for 6 people. Very clean, in good shape, and well-equipped for a week-long stay. Unbeatable location with a private beach a short walk away, and a short drive to amenities like grocery stores and downtown Charlottetown. Will look to book here whenever we come to PEI!

Wow! Beautiful and clean, everything you could need to enjoy your stay at your finger tips. Well decorated and extremely cozy and homey. A short drive to Charlottetown, plus all the amenities you would need close by in Stratford while still getting that away from everything cottage feeling. The beach and lighthouse are a short walk away and easily accessible. We really enjoyed the beach as the tide goes out. Lots of room to set up and relax while the kids build sand castles or to go walk along all the sandbars. Some previous reviews mentioned lack of privacy in the living area of the cottage but this was not an issue as there are now blinds on the big window there. There are lots of other cottages around and in sight but it was still quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most certainly consider this property for our next trip.

Wonderful area on quiet street and nice walking path nearby. Hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly before and throughout our stay in this beautiful country.

Everything was provided from coffee to garbage bags and a welcome snack. Away from the hustle and bustle enabling one to enjoy quiet and relax from stress. Close to activities and cultural events if required.

This cottage is simply the best. The setting and location were great. It was incredibly clean and beautifully furnished and they thought of everything we could possibly need. It was perfect and we hope to return!

We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the property, the ease of check-in, and the location. The kitchen is extremely well appointed. And the children really appreciated the beach toys. Our hosts thought of everything one would need!

Clean, updated, ocean view property perfectly suited for touring PEI.

Very lovely place. Very clean and comfortable. Has a great set up and everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds with great sheets and duvets. Nice quiet area with short walk to the beach. Just one suggestion...they need curtains for the main area...not much privacy. There are blinds in the bedrooms for sleeping. Plenty of clean towels and use of washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. Such a nice touch. Also a nice welcome with some local treats.

Loved everything about our stay. Whether you’re solo, a couple or a group of family/friends, this is an ideal location for fun and relaxation. Totally true to the description and photos, perhaps even better! No need to search any further. Book it!
