This home features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bath, screened in porch with lake views, centered around a cozy wood-burning stove living space abundant with board games & records. Come relax & unwind in this charming natural oasis set back in time. Fresh linens, kitchen essentials & towels are provided with rental. Professionally cleaned between rentals. For Summer rentals beginning June 15th - Sept 1st, there is a $156 weekly/ $78 3-day weekend charge to use the lake beach area due to lifeguards provided daily and varying amenities offered at the lake Beachhouse. THIS IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE INCURRED BY THE TENANT, AND NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL COST. Lots of the lights are controlled by your voice simply by saying Alexa turn on the living room lights for example. Most of the room also contain Alexa Echo's which you can have play music, tell you the weather or whatever you would like to ask her. They are setup for Amazon music so you can request Alexa to play whatever you would like and have it play in all the rooms or just the on you are in.brbrThe home's has a main family room area with huge fireplace, large smart TV which opens into the well-equipped over-sized kitchen.
