Our holiday home is managed exclusively by Harcourts Holiday Homes and means that they are able to ensure everything in our home is kept up to the highest standards, and while they operate NZ office hours, they are always available to send the appropriate person around to ensure any urgent problem is fixed immediately. Having access to emergency services such as plumbers and electricians, provide peace of mind to us, so that your stay will never be compromised.brbrCHECK IN / CHECK OUTbrCheck in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrivalbrCheck out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. brDAMAGES /NEGLIGENCEbrWe accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals. Damage to the property and / or its furnishings caused by negligence will result in the cost being on-charged to the guest who made the booking.brNO SMOKING POLICYbrThere is a no smoking policy in all our holiday homes inside and outside. brPETS brNo pets are allowed in any of our holiday homes.brSERVICE FEEbrOur holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $75.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ. We also ask that guests do not move furniture around in the homes. If furniture is moved and not put back in the correct placement guests will be charged $75.00 plus gst per hour for the correct placement of the furniture items on check-out.brbrHOLIDAY HOME STANDARDS AND GENERAL TERMSbrAll our properties are privately owned homes and apartments. Each property is the personal taste of the owner.brThe only consumables in our holiday homes on arrival are toilet paper and soap (sufficient for one stay day) The condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.brGuest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.brbrCheck in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrivalbrCheck out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out.brbrNO SMOKING POLICY -室内外禁止吸烟 -Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home, outside or in any of the common areas. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.brbrRUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking.brbrAs residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management.
