The residence is uniquely configured across amain home and a separate apartment, seamlessly connected by an internal hallway, offering both togetherness and privacy when needed. Each space features its own well-equipped kitchen and inviting living areas, making it perfect for multi-generational stays or groups travelling together. The main house also boasts a light-filled sunroom, providing a peaceful spot to relax and soak in the scenery year-round. Outdoors, the property truly shines with an expansive area designed for entertaining and unwinding alike.

The main living area features open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces with high ceilings, a statement stone fireplace, and excellent indoor-outdoor flow to a sunny patio ideal for entertaining. The designer kitchen is well equipped for group dining and longer stays.

The expansive outdoor area provides an inviting setting for alfresco dining, soaking up the sun, or enjoying a relaxed BBQ with family and friends. Multiple beautifully crafted stone decks are positioned around the property, offering a variety of spaces to unwind, whether you’re chasing the sun, finding a quiet shaded corner, or gathering together for an evening under the open sky. Surrounded by natural beauty and elevated to capture the views, these outdoor zones create a seamless extension of the home, ensuring you’ll always have the perfect spot to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.

Location:

The Denbigh Residence is located in one of Arrowtown’s most sought-after residential streets, just a short walk to the historic village centre. From the property, you can easily access Arrowtown’s cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, galleries, and riverside walking trails.

Guest Access:

Arrival instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival. 

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including the main residence, the self-contained apartment, outdoor entertaining areas, and garage.

Interaction:

We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm. 

Neighborhood:

The area is quiet, established, and family-friendly, while still being close to everything Arrowtown has to offer.

Arrowtown is charming and quirky, a delightful gold rush village nestled beside the sparkling Arrow River and below magnificent peaks. Just 20 minutes from Queenstown Airport, it's the perfect place to stay while you're exploring the region. Arrowtown is a thriving community that is packed with character - as well as some of the best dining and shopping in the country. You'll be enchanted by the heritage main street and the beautiful walking and biking trails. It's a New Zealand treasure!

Getting Around:

Arrowtown village is within easy walking distance from the property. A car is recommended if you plan to explore Queenstown, wineries, ski fields, or surrounding attractions. Off-street parking and a double garage are available at the property.

The T&C's for staying at a Tahuna Hideaway will be sent to you before arrival.

This property is situated in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor's by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.

In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply:

No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.

Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor's or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.
